QUESTION: Why are these words on the form? / Isn't the form supposed to be blank?
ANSWER: That's a description in the form to tell you what the author requires for the character. It states the specific criteria for that section. (For god's sake, please read the descriptions in the form and follow them. It makes authors' lives so much easier.)

Authors also divide their form into parts with song titles, phrases, etc... It doesn't really mean anything, it's just there for organization and aesthetic.
