   HELLO PEEPS!

If you read the previous chapter, you'd know that a few days ago I had a pretty bad incident here on Wattpad. Long story short, I hit backspace on a word and before I could do anything about it, everything (text) was highlighted and deleted.

When I tried to get it back from my saved revision drafts, the revisions wouldn't even load.

In the previous chapter I mentioned that I submitted a ticket to Wattpad about it, and a few of you messaged me about that.

Realizing that a lot of people didn't know you could contact Wattpad's support group / let alone how to, I figured that making this chapter could be useful.

Okay so bare with me, I've got visuals!

Just fill out the form and try to be as specific as possible. Even though It'll ask for your book title (I think, can't exactly remember anymore), give a title in the description.

To give you an idea, here's sort of what I wrote.

"I accidentally deleted a chapter from my story Fight Forever. The chapter's called, 'The Devil" and although I saved multiple drafts of it up until I erased it, none of them will load. I would really appreciate it if you could help me retrieve it. Thank You."

Let them know the book title, the chapter, etc.

The form will ask you for a link to your story, so you can either give the story's link or the specific chapter's link. Because I've submitted so many tickets in the past, I know they actually prefer the chapter's link.

Speaking from personal experience, Wattpad's Support Team gets back to you pretty quickly. I submitted my ticket on Friday, got an email on Monday. I got another email very early this morning, saying the bug was fixed (for now).

I go into my  revision drafts for that (thought of as lost chapter) and sure enough, they start loading.

I was able to get the previous draft that was complete before I accidentally deleted it.

  I hope this helps! ^.^
