If you're a regular kian and jc fan , than you just see them sleeping.
But, if you're a hardcore jian shipper, than you see them sleeping right after they fucked each other senseless.
Jc is obviously naked under the covers and kian obviously took a shower and came back to bed quickly, so that it would look innocent because he heard trevor coming towards the room.
