They tried to fool is in the video of the kids at the Emmy's saying that she was still alive but.....she's not!!!!

Barb's death has been confirmed (unless the duffer brother are lying)
think about it....when eleven saw barb....gross.....yeah she didn't look like she showed ANY sign of life
and!!! when Eleven was in the makeshift bath tub/pool she said that Barb was "GONE!!!"
