you can't finish your sentence because you burst into tears, you genuinely don't want manu to leave for the tour.

he finally says.
manu's grip on the steering wheel tightens.

"if you are going to act like this every time i leave for tour, i think that's for the best"
you look at him confused.
"so you are willing to throw away 3 years just because i don't want you to go on a fucking tour?"
manu sighs.
"we should really take a break"
he wipes away his tears.
you stay quiet for a while.
"do you still love me?"
"y/n, please stop"
you can hear the pain in his voice.
you repeat your question.

manu sighs but decides to answer you.
"yes i love you. i fucking adore you. i just don't want you to get hurt, especially if it's my fault"
you look down at your flower skirt, and you notice the tiny wet spots your tears left.
"i am going to be hurt if you leave"
you don't know what else to say.
"i want to go on this tour so bad, and i also love you so damn much. and i would rather choose you, but right now, i don't have a choice."
the car arrives at your house.
manu stops the car and puts his hand on your thigh, but you push it away.
you step out of the car, tears still streaming down your face.
"i love you so much, and i'll see you in a month" manu says, trying to be sweet.
"bye manu."
you say rather coldly, and you make your way to the front door.
