"Sorry! I have to pack today because we're leaving tomorrow at six in the morning," she exclaims throwing her hands up in the air out if frustration.

"At least you're going somewhere." I turn back in my original position then gloom, resting my head on my crossed arms on top of the desk.

The bell rings.

The class roars with excitement and the chattering grows as we all make our ways to our lockers.

I drive back home in silence. Aaron, my brother, has ebony, messy hair almost like mine but darker, he's muscular since he's on the football team, green mixed with brown eyes which he probably inherited by my mom, and freckles planted on his cheeks. My little-grade-eleventh brother is sitting next to me texting away.

Probably texting his many girlfriends. I may related to this dweeb, Aaron, but I've seen how many girls went throughout the house with him.

I heavily sigh as I drive into the driveway. We jump out and walk towards the light blue, large, two-story house with a shiny, green grass lawn. Aaron is faced down at his phone, still preoccupied. I slam the door behind me before he makes it in. A huge thud comes from the tall, white door.

"Hey!" Aaron wobbles in, rubbing his forehead. I guffaw at his pain. "What the fuck, Blair!"

"Language!" My father, David, march towards Aaron with a slender finger pointed at him. He's in a dark blue business suit with a black luggage behind him.

My father is a travelling agent. He has a meeting in Seattle so I'll be having the house to myself for a few days. Well... Not quite. My stupid brother is throwing a party tonight. Even though he's a tad younger than me, he has all the control because he would literally beat me up just to give up on something pointless. He likes to prove that he's more "powerful" than me.

I send a cold glare at Aaron. "Yeah. Maybe next time you should pay attention instead of wasting your data texting some girl." I slip out of my shoes.

"Shut u-"

"Speaking of data." My dad readjusts his tie while looking in the mirror by the door. "I'm cutting you off, kiddo." Aaron whines as my dad pats him on the back. I snicker, making my way upstairs. "You too, Blair!"

"Like if! At least I help out around the house unlike Aaron!" I slam my door behind me, not wanting to hear my dad's response.

I flop onto my queen sized bed, my face hitting the blue pillow. I grip onto my fluffy, white blanket as I scream into my pillow. I heavily sigh of stress. I turn onto my back and stare at the blank ceiling.

What shall I do on a this fine Friday?Raven might be available.

Raven is one of my best friends that's really into partying, drinking, and the typical party girl stuff like body shots. She may sound like an animal but when we have our moments, shit gets deep. I take her very serious when she needs me... just like a year ago.

We're on top of a skyscraper laying on the cold pavement of a tall, terrifying building. The sun is slowly making it's way to the other side of the world. The clouds are mixed with light pink and orange colours above us. I fold my hands on my stomach, ready to listen to Raven. I turn my head to face the watery eyed girl.
