Plea To President Trump!!

The Poem

Respected President,

Congratulations on your Presidency,
And the symbolic White House residency.
You want to make America great again,
But please let's do it with a bargain.

You are a top businessman and thats all great,
But please don't keep people out of America's gates.
We are all humans I say,
And we shall stand by each other night and day.

Many have given their lives to this nation,
Without ever taking a single vacation.
Our forefathers didn't want us to fight,
So please, let's just Unite.

You have the power to separate the right from wrong,
So we expect you to do justice to the land you belong.
After all, we are one, no matter how apart,
Having patriotism in our heart.

Consisting of communities that have tried hard to make a mark,
Represent the glimmer of light in the dark.
They surely have been through a lot,
And carry scars from the many battles fought.

The LGBTQ community represents Pride,
But now, they are uncertain when they stride.
The women, once fearless,
Now fear their safety in darkness.

If you ever think that we are not one,
Just remember that we share the same Sun.
Our home, the planet Earth,
Is after all the mother that gave us birth.

This is the land of the bald eagle,
And like it, we shall all be regal.
With the colorful and bright future like the sky,
On the night of 4th of July.

We have to get together,
like the bald eagle's feathers.
And spread our wings to take a flight,
To overcome obstacles and reach great heights.

Lastly, complete equality we must attain,
In order to make America Great Again.
