What if one day you received a letter from your future self? The letter revealed all of the regrets you are going to make within the summer...and how to stop them from happening. There is one goal through all of it: Don't let Kuroo Tetsurou go.

The school day finally came to a close. You wished a goodbye to your classmates and exited out of the room to head to the front of the school.
The cold air crept across your skin as you made your way out through the doors. Only making you long for the warmer weather even more than you already have been.
You're going to make it best most memorable summer ever, it will be your first summer as a high school graduate. You have to make it count!
"Ayumi, hey!"
You turn around thinking your sister was finally meeting up with you, but instead it was a boy whom you had never met before jogging up to you calling her name.
"I'm not Ayumi."
"Ah, sorry!" He apologizes, realizing his mistake. "You are identical twins so it's hard to tell the two of you apart."
"I'm waiting for her but I don't know what is holding her up. I can let her know you are looking for her, what's your name?"
"Daisuke! It was nice meeting you but I have to run to my club meeting now. Thank you!"
It is a common occurrence for the two of you to be confused with one another by everybody. You have subtle facial differences, but not enough of a difference to have a distinct look. Only close friends and family can tell you both apart.
"I'm sorry!" Your sisters voice rings through the front of the school as you watch her jog towards you. "I got held up by a teacher!"
"Get caught cheating again?" You tease her.
"No!" She replies with attitude. "She wanted to talk to me about the amazing paper I wrote, actually."
"Oh, yeah, this guy named Daisuke was looking for you. I only know this because he thought i was you."
"Oh, thank god he caught you and not me. He keeps asking me out and I am not interested in the slightest."
"We are graduating soon anyway, there's no point." You say, "Ready to go home?"

You both enter into the house after the walk from school, sighing away the stress of the school day. Ayumi heads upstairs to your shared room after greeting your grandparents meanwhile you go through the mail you retrieved from the mailbox.
You shuffle through them, "Bill, bill, coupons, advertising, oooo, mail for me?"
You are not expecting any letters and this doesn't even have a return address. It is probably junk mail.
You place your finger through the flap and rip a line through the top of the envelope. Once you pull out the contents, you are met with confusion. Why are there a couple pages of handwritten notes? And why do they think you will actually read all of it?
"Dear [l/n] [f/n],
Believe it or not, you are actually going to want to read this. I know, shocking.
I am writing to you from the future, I am you but a couple years older. I don't know when this letter is getting to you, if at all, but i hope it is before the dates displayed further in the letter.
I am here to tell you that you do not want to make the same mistakes I have. You must listen to this letter, please. These mistakes regard your love life as well as family, these are the regrets that haunt me the most. But, you still have a chance to make it right for you.
The two people who will greatly affected your life after graduation are Kuroo Tetsurō and your mother. You have yet to meet-"
"[Y/N], sweetheart," Your grandmothers calls from the living room, breaking your focus from the letter. "Any mail?"
"Um, yeah just some bills and other junk." You reply.
"Leave it on the counter, I will get it later!"
A letter from the future? That's insane.
You are reminded of the time in class where you learned about parallel universes in school. You did find this topic interesting and took notes, but are you really that intelligent to send shit from a different timeline? If it's even real!
You skim over the pages and notice all the dates. The closest date is the end of May and it's only February. Why so far away? None of this makes sense nor is there a rational explanation.
This is stupid. Why would this be real?
Your eyes shoot to the garbage can next to you. The letters are tossed into the trash and you begin to head upstairs.
Okay, but what if in some crazy instance it's real?
You jog back and take it out of the can to bring it upstairs in your room with you. Ayumi is laying on her bed mindlessly scrolling through her phone, not paying attention.
If you told her about this, knowing her she would think you are fucking crazy and call you an idiot. We will just keep this a secret then. You take the letter and shove it into your desk amongst other papers.
You accidentally put it where you would forget about it.
