"They're coming! They're coming!" A cry of a woman sounded as she ran down the streets of the usually quaint and peaceful town.
"They're coming?" A man with teal blue hair tilted his head as he held his wife's hand. The woman's face was blank as her black hair swayed with the wind. The confused man looked to his wife, seeing her face. He smiled reassuringly, taking both of her hands tightly in his. "Do not be scared, Darling. Maybe it's one of those wild animals or something running amuck again."
The woman's expressionless face stared back at her husband's, nodding slowly. ".....Alright."
Suddenly, many more cries were heard. The man frowned. "This is getting ridiculous...." He muttered under his breath. "Dear, I'll go check it out." The man smiled at the woman, placing a gentle kiss on her cheek. "Stay here. I'm sure it's nothing." He whispered soothingly before releasing her hands and running towards the direction of the cries and screams.
"Alright. Be safe....Takumi...." The woman whispered softly, holding her hands to her chest.
After almost a half hour had passed, Kuroko Shouta was getting more and more anxious. Finally, she cautiously made her way to the direction her husband was last seen going to.
Taking a deep breath, her face was expressionless and blank. She crept silently down the pathways and alleys, dimming her presence just in case. She turned to corner, hearing soft cries. Her eyes widened in pure shock as she stared at the scene before her.
Blood....
Her husband's body pinned against the wall of the rundown building, a man with glowing red eyes pressed against him. The man....he was not human. He was inhuman: a Vampire. As he was pinned, other bodies surrounded on the floor, sunken ripped up, dead, and bloodied.
She gasped, covering her own mouth as the man's mouth was attached to her love's neck, fangs peeking out as they sunk deep into him, taking his blood. One of Takumi's hands gripped for life onto the redhead's shoulder, squeezing tight while the other was resting on the man's chest.
The man had dark red hair, stepping back as he collapsed onto the ground. Kuroko Shouta could barely make out the man's face, but she could tell two things: One, the Vampire was of nobly high class, judging from his clothing and powerful surrounding. Secondly...This man had an alluring aura and was....dangerously handsome. She couldn't she see him too clearly, but she knew he had the looks of a devastatingly charming man. Said man licked his blood stained lips, a red drop rolling down his chin. "Mm....What delicious blood you have." He whispered to the body of Kuroko Takumi.
"Such a shame you have to die. It's been so long since I've had blood such as yours." He muttered softly, bending down to him and caressing his now deathly pale cheek. "Kuroko Takumi~" His voice echoed her husband's name as his lips met Takumi's. His eyes glowed bright as he kissed Kuroko Takumi. Takumi's hands twitched as they moved up, one around the Vampire's neck, and the other resting once more on his chest as they kissed.
Unable to stand it anymore, Kuroko Shouta sprinted as fast as she could towards their home where their little child should be sleeping.
'Vampires! Vampires....!' Her mind screamed as the images didn't and couldn't leave her mind. She was scared, confused, and beyond panicking hysteria.
Who was that man and why did he know Takumi? And Vampire or not, what was with the atmosphere around them? And....that....that kiss!
Arriving at the end of the town, there was a small brick house. Her child was to be asleep. Little Kuroko Tetsuya...only 6 years old.
While Shouta and Takumi were to be in town shopping, Tetsuya was to be left asleep for only a short while. But no, everything had gone terribly wrong. Now, Vampires had surfaced. They weren't said to be a total myth, but a thing of the past; wiped out long long ago. And now Kuroko Tetsuya was alone and defenseless, Vampires now back and taking over around the town.
