Melting Sorrows

the candle melts
With every tear it sheds.

Tears that dry and stick to its long pale body,
Until a cruel rough match lights its sorrows up again.

You turn the lights off
And Set me on fire
By the friction of your bitter words on my paraffin-like memories,
Rooted inside of my twisted mind.

I melt with every tear I shed.

Paraffin mass of my memories change shape
And sink deeper and deeper
With every inch I melt beneath your feet in surrender.
