Asexuality is when a person (often called an asexual or an ace) neither experiences sexual attraction nor has the desire for sex. Some asexuals may enjoy sex, while others don't. Some do it to please their partner. I personally don't think sex is that appalling.

Asexuality is a spectrum, so there are sexualities that fall under the asexual umbrella. Some of these sexualities include but are not limited to:

     • Demisexual: when someone experiences sexual attraction only after a bond has been formed.

     • Fraysexual: sexual attraction fades after initially meeting someone (opposite of demisexual)

     • Autochorissexual: disconnection between oneself and sexual target of arousal

     • Abrosexual: orientation fluctuates between different sexualities (some include but are not limited to asexual, heterosexual, bisexual, or demisexual)

An asexual person may experience romantic attraction, which is the kissy stuff. (Ex. biromantic, homoromantic, etc) A person who does not experience romantic attraction can be considered and aromantic, or an aro.

Asexuals may also experience aesthetic attraction (attraction to someone's appearance without it being romantic or sexual) or sensual attraction. (physical, nonsexual contact.)
