Muffled voices, "cancel"?

Something about 'keeping' and 'hassle'
Beep, beep, beep
Muffled sobs and cries
Beep, beep, beep
A voice, "please, dry your eyes."
Beep, beep, beep
My vision went darker than the night
Beep, beep, beep
I see it now, I see the light
