"Babe I am off to work"I hear from down stairs "ok I will be down in a minute" as I roll over in bed and yawn. I get up and put my red silk robe on and walk down stairs "well good morning sunshine, here I made you a cup of coffee" "awe thank you, so what do you have to do for work today?" I say as I take a sip of my coffee. Well, today we are editing our articles that we are placing and getting ready for release in the Vogue magazine at the meeting around eleven o'clock today." Oh so that's why you'r all dressed up in that handsome black suit." I giggle softly and take a seat at kitchen table "yeah well I have to go so that I am not late" alright love you have a great day at work "love you too" he kisses me and walks out the front door.I get up from the table and set down my coffee cup and walk up stairs to get ready. As I am going through my clothes and picking out the outfit that I am going to wear for today I find my and Shawn's picture from our prom,so I took them off of the top of our closet and sat on the bed and looked at them at all of the photographs and how we looked so happy and when we actually spent time together but now his work is taking up all of the time in his life and we don't have any more time together as I look through I realize the tear that is coming from my eye and rolling down my cheek,I simply wipe it off and put the pictures back. I finally pick out my clothes after being distracted I get a text from Alicia saying "Hey girl wondering if you wanted to hang out today?" "Yeah I would love to just have to get ready,what would you like to do today?" I reply and set my phone on the bed and go get in the shower and take my clothes in the bathroom to. As I am in the shower thinking about everything with Shawn and I want to spend more time with after all we are not married but still living together but we have had great times together we have been with each other for 6 years now,wow that is crazy now that I am actually thinking about it but I will just discuss this all with him. I turn off the shower an dry my self off and look at my phone to see if Alicia has texted me back "um well I was thinking maybe we could go to the mall and then go to lunch after words" she says."sounds great I will meet you at the mall." I reply swiping over to my other text from Shawn "Hey hunny I am sorry but I am going to be late for dinner tonight because the meeting is taking longer and we still have to go over the magazine" ok that is fine I am going to the mall and eating lunch anyway with Alicia" I say I tried to blow this off but it really bothered me after all we don't spend any time together because something always seems to happen with his work but whatever. I put my phone on the counter and put on my clothes I take out the straightener and my make-up.after straightening my hair and doing my make-up I am ready. I put my dirty clothes in the hamper and make the bed then head down stairs I put my coffee cup in the sink and grab my keys and purse and walk out the front door locking it behind me. I text Alicia "Hey I am on my way be there in 15 minutes" "ok I will leave now to then" she reply's. Traffic is horrible today I have no idea why I try getting over to the right lane but everybody is blocking it,I have my blinker on yet nobody has the common curtsy to slow down and let me over so I miss the turn to get into the mall so I have to stay in the left lane and take a u turn.So I am finally here at the mall sitting on the bench waiting for Alicia. "Hey Sabrina" I hear from the door way off the mall "oh hey girl" "So what have you been up to?" "oh nothing much just staying home and Shawn's at work so I have been pretty bored." "oh well that's cool" we both giggle not knowing what to say we walk into a couple of stores then left and went to beef o Brady's ."So how is the baby and Justin?" well Michelle is doing fine and well Justin is the same but you got to love i"m." our food comes and we both stuff our faces "wow next time we need to come here and hang out because this is really good. "I know right." I say taking out my wallet."no you don't need to pay I got this" Alicia says "really thank you" we walk out and say bye then go our separate ways.
