"Okay Tikki! I'm gonna do it! I'm gonna do it!"
"Good luck Marinette! I always knew you could do it!" My kwami stated.
Alya- YO MARI! You're tellin' Adrien today? My phone buzzed.
Mari- I guess... I'm nervous. I texted back, before putting my phone in my pocket and running to school. I don't live far away, so it only takes a few minutes.
~Getting to School~
There's Adrien!
WHAAA WHY TODAY!
Bad Mari. You told yourself you'd do it today.
I know....
"Adrien Hi! I hi mean Adrien! I mean HI ADRIEN!" He turned around to face me. "Something t-tell you I nee-d t-to" I shook my head. "I re-really....li-like you...." I bowed my head, not wanting to se his reaction. I looked up, and Adrien was shocked, and finally said "I..I'm sorry, Marinette. I like someone else.."
"O-oh! Lad-Ladybug? Sh-she's very l-lucky to... have your feelings.." my heart shattered into a million pieces, and I ran away from Adrien. "Mari-Marinette! W-wait!" He called after me, but I didn't look back.
I ran to the girls bathroom, and sobbed. I cried my heart out. Then I heard a scream. I sniffed, and whipped my tears, opening my bag to Tikki. "Mari... it's okay... there are plenty of people out there...." Tikki whispered quietly, afraid anything louder would make me cry again. "Ti....Tikki... spots on...." I said depressingly.
~After the Akuma Fight~
Adrien's/Cat Noir's POV

"My...my lady?" I said. She looked at me. Those beautiful blue bell orbs, her midnight hair, and her cute freckles... she was perfect.
"Yeah, Chaton?" She said, in her angelic voice.
"T-there's som-something I need- to tell you..."
"I'm listening."
"Bugaboo, I love you.... with all of my heart. I will never stop loving you..." I looked down. She didn't reply, so I slowly lifted my head. She was in tears. "My-My lady?" I asked. "I-I'm sorry... I love someone else..." I stood there in shock, and then I realized how I made Marinette feel.
"Oh.. I get it. I understand." I gave her a fake smile. "I should... I should go...." then I left.
Mari/Ladybug's POV
"Oh no..." I muttered, as Cat left...
I rejected him.
I made him feel how I felt.
I'm such a horrible person.
With that, I left.
~Time skip, to when Mari got home~
I de-transformed, and got Tikki some cookies.
Grabbing my cat pillow, blankets, and ice cream, I put on Netflix and started to cry. I didn't want to think about Adrien, or how I hurt Cat... my poor kitty. I should've accepted him... I should've done something more. I don't want revenge, or to do anything. I just want to cry.
Adrien's POV
I made Mari feel this way... feeling of uselessness, and feeling like you don't matter, in the love of your life's eyes. The one chance I get to tell Ladybug I love her, and she rejects me. I grabbed my blankets, turned on something to watch, and I cried. Not a cry that I wish I could destroy anyone, but a cry that you just need to get the feelings out.

I decided to go see Mari, but as Chat. I want to check up on her, see how she's doing.
"Plagg?" I asked, to my kwami, who's probably eating cheese."
"Yeffs Adrieeen?" He said, muffled by how much cheese he stuffed in his mouth. I laughed, it wasn't a happy laugh, but a laugh you do in those, 'if I don't laugh I'll cry' situations.
"We're going to see Mari. Plagg! CLAWS OUT!"
"NOO MY CHEEEEseeeee-!" He got cut off when he got sucked into my ring. He's a greedy kwami anyway. I jumped out the window, into the night, off to Mari's house.

Mari's POV

I was eating ice cream, and balling my eyes out, when a tap came from the window. How dare something ruin my crying session and watching chick flicks?! How rude.
I walked over, and opened the door. The last person I wanted to see, the one I hurt, at my window... "C-Chat?" I asked, my voice shaking. "Hello Purrinces... I need someone to talk to... May I come in?" He asked. "S...sure." I moved away from the window, and gestured him inside, and for him to sit on my bed.
"What brings the famous Cat Noir to my humble home?" I asked, trying not to break down in front of him.
"In my... civilian self, I hurt someone dear to me... and in return, Ladybug, broke my heart..." he trailed off. I...hurt my kitty?! Oh no.... but ironic, the same thing happened to me...
"Today I got rejected, by Adrien Agreste.... I really like him, and have never been able to talk to him, but his kindness, and the his true colors, once shown, made me fall in love with him... but there's this other...'guy' let's call him... C. I really like C too, but my feelings for Adrien Agreste are stronger... and today he confessed to me, and I rejected him. I hated seeing him so hurt, feeling so useless, and I hate myself for doing it..." I confessed. Little does he know that C is actually him..
Mari child is so dense. MARI ADRIEN IS CAT NOIR. ALSO ADRIBAE, MARI IS LADYBUG. GOSH DARN IT.
Adrien/Cat Noir's POV

".....I hated seeing him so hurt, feeling so useless, and I hate myself for doing it..." she confessed. Man, I feel bad for this 'C' character. I never knew how Mari actually felt about Adrien. I feel horrible now...
"Mari, I feel like I'm in the same situation as you.... I love My Lady, she's.. amazing. She knows exactly what to do.. I want to be like her. She's so confident, beautiful, and smart... but I'm also in love with someone too... let's call her a princess. She... I love her too. She's the same thing that I'd describe Ladybug... I never like being without her... and I... I wish she knew.. But, I love My Lady more, because... well... I see her more often, and I always get to see her be amazing, fighting crime, and always saving the day..." I replied.

"I have a confession..."they said together.

"C-can forgive me...?" Mari asked.
"I will always forgive and love you, Mari. But can you forgive me?"
"Of course, my kitty... but I'm just some dumb clumsy girl... you only love Ladybug..."
Chat laughed at this. "Mari, the princess I talked about was you..." he stopped laughing, and grabbed her hands.
"C-Chat... 'C' was you...." Mari blushed.
Mari's Thoughts-OMG OMG OMG OMG ADRIEN IS CHAT NOIR!!! I DONT HAVE TO PICK!!! KISS ME ALREADY YOU DUMB CAT!
Adrien's Thoughts- MARI I LOVE YOU. LET ME KISS YOU AND HOLD YOU AND LOVE YOU!
They both sat there, blushing from the other, then, the sneaky cat made his move. He grabbed Mari by her face, and pulled her into a passionate kiss. Instantly, Mari kissed him back, forgetting about everything around them.
Chat let go, reluctantly for air.
"I...I love you" he breathed out.
"I love you too."
