Well that's not the case for Harry and Louis. You see, Harry is a rather clumsy character and so happened to bump into Louis. A cute cliché way to meet each other right?
Well not for Louis. Every since that day he helped the flower crown lad up, he regrets it. Harry ends up falling in love with him (not really he's just so cute) and bothers Louis everyday.
Louis is a dick that pretends to not know his name.
Harry is a lilac sweater kid that loves Louis' eyes.
