So the year ends and I am now in the senior year. And I don't think we ever talk again after that.

We've seen each other on hallways but we would just give each other casual smiles and hi's and hello's. And I think I saw him once in the cafeteria looking my way, But I couldn't really tell because he looked away the moment I saw him.

"Nina!" called Abby. My bestfriend.

I just gave her a look.

" I'll cut french class, you comin'?"

"Oh, that's new", I whisper

"I heard you, just wait for me at Gym okay? Five o'clock."

"whatevs"

It's past five already. I got no classes left , plus Mr. Harris, our French teacher dismissed us early today so I went to the gym and sat down on the benches, Blasting my ipod, and writing stuff.

(Writing has always been a good habit of mine beside from drawing but Lindsay didn't know any of this, She's not really into this kind of stuff and I remember her calling the editor-in chief of our school newspaper  Mcfreaky.)

" You write? " said a voice. His voice really sounds so familiar but I couldn't really remember where I heard it.

And when I turned my head up to see who that was, I saw that same smile again.

I couldn't stop admiring. I think I lost myself in that moment.

His lips are so thin and soft, I know because you can see it by the look, teeth perfect align and his eyes are  sparkling, like those stars you see when the darkness overruled the sky again. Wow.

"Uhm I said, You write? " He interrupt me from dreaming. And in that moment, I swear I thought he could read minds.

" ye-yeah. uhm " I said and smiled back.

The moments passes, seconds to minutes, minutes to hours . We just talk and talk like forever and even went on the nearest coffee shop to continue those weird topics we had. I even forgot about why  I went to the gym  at the first place until I hit home and saw seven missed calls from Abby.

Those past months have been really the greatest. We hang out a lot , talk on  the phone till dawn, laugh at the silliest jokes, had our burfing contest, We became too close that I think I almost forgot about Abby. Good thing she's too busy with her football player boyfriend who wears the same Yankees shirt twice a week. Thrice one time actually..
