CHAPTER THREE
Amina at Tamara
Three days later, before the completion of 168 hours, the king Mandio XV learnt that the Christians were still in the land in one of the most rural villages in Berber Taghaza. He dispatched his army to fetch their leader for him.

Where do you say the obstinate rebels with strange,
false and deceptive doctrines are?
The king asked in their diction.
Great king and lord, in the cave
around the mountain side in the little village of Gao my lord.
Sundiata the commander of the army replied as he knelt and bowed before the king.
Take few of your men, get hold of their leader
and bring him to me now.
The king demanded.
Yes, my king and lord; but in humility, may I ask,
shall he be brought into the great city?
Sundiata asked.
You dont be silly; you know very well that strangers and unclean
people are not allowed coming into the great city.
They are strangers and unclean,
and cannot be brought into the great city.
King Mandio XV replied.
Please my lord and king,
where do I bring him to meet with you my lord?
Sundiata asked.
Bring him to me at TAMARA
Mandio XV replied.
TAMARA? Hmm!

Every one present in the golden palace of the Mandios situated in the great city soliloquized simultaneously and there was silent noise in the golden palace and they were all in the ocean of happiness knowing that no rebels, law breakers, strangers or unclean people goes that way to Tamara and comes back the same way they went except...?

Sundiata with his men, in their armour and weapons, left immediately to the cave around the mountain side, lunched in suddenly in the midst of the Christians and there was an impromptu seizure of the melodious song going on. One of the two strangers has already positioned himself to interpret.

Who is the leader among you?
Sundiata asked. There was silence among the Christians, everyone looking panickly at each other.
I said; who is the leader among you?
Show him now or all of you will die, now!
Sundiata said with more aggression as the strange man interpret in English.

Fear grabbed every living soul in the cave who was a Christian both aliens and indigenes alike. Suddenly, an inexplicable power and courage from the Almighty fell upon Amina and she came out and presented herself.
I am the one you are looking for, take me.
She said with boldness.
A woman is their leader? Impossible
The army asked themselves in astonishment.

After the initial of puzzlement, they got hold of her and tied her two hands together and began to head towards the road that leads to Tamara. The Christians in the cave were left in panic, sadness and sorrow. And they started praying vehemently and fervently.

The king with some of his important cabinet members were already seated in Tamara and anxiously awaiting the arrival of the stranger, who was a rebel in their perception. It was a fundamental fact that was laborious to believe when the king and his noble cabinets grab the knowledge that the leader of the strangers who had troubled Berber Taghaza for years and the most laborious group of other groups that had ever been in Berber Taghaza, is a young woman. Seeing the confidence in the young woman, the king was forced out of bewilderment to stand up from his throne and stood on his feet, and then he asked himself,
A woman? A young woman? unbelievable

He sat back on his throne when he realized that he is the king and should not stand on the arrival of anyone. The woman was dragged closer to the king and was forced to kneel before him.
Are you the leader of the rebels?
Who came to destroy our long time doctrine
with your treacherous and inimical doctrine, woman?
The king asked in their diction as the strange man interpreted in English.
No king, but I am the leader of the people of light
and truth who have come to bring you light
that will illuminate every darkness
and the truth that will set you free from every bondage that
you and your people had been for centuries now.
Amina replied.
Oh ! I see.
What makes you think we are in darkness and need your light?
And why do you think that we are living without truth
and it is you and your rebellious people that will give us this truth? Woman
Mandio XV asked. Amina kept quiet over this question because to her it was a rhetorical question.
If I may ask young woman
Mandio XV continued.
What kind of heart and courage do you have,
that propelled you to resolve to lead this lethal
and inimical Journey? Dont you have a lovely husband
and children at home?
Well king, my courage and tenacious faith
comes from the saving power of the Almighty God;
Jesus Christ of Nazareth. And it is courage of faith I can die for
Amina replied.
Oh! You surprise me woman.
This God of yours, do you say Jesus,
have you seen him before and what is the sumptuous
and special thing he did for you
that you want to die for him, woman?
Before I forget, is he a god or goddess?
King Mandio XV asked.
What He has done, what He is doing
and what He will do for me king,
are numerous, they are uncountable.
But above all, He brought me out of the mire of sin
and darkness and my feet planted on the solid rock
in His marvelous light; if not that I would have perished
in the mire of darkness and sin.
Amina replied.
Really; well you have not answered my question correctly.
I said, is he a god or goddess and have you seen him before?
Mandio XV asked.
Well king, all I know is this,
He is God; Almighty God and His Name is Jesus Christ.
But trying to know if He is a male or female God
is a sign of unbelief and unbelief is an act of sin.
My God can show Himself to whomever He chooses
and in the form He wants
Amina said.
From your explanation,
I can deduce that you are not aware of how your god exactly
looks like, and you have not seen him as he really is;
or have you?
The King asked.
Any being; mortal or immortal that one can explain
everything about, is not worthy to be a God or worshipped as God.
One of the qualities that make a being worthy to be God
is that the being must be impeccable; the being can give life
and must have something mysterious about Him.
Man should only know what that being wants him to know
about Him. And my God Jesus Christ has these qualities.
Nobody, king not even you or your gods can know
or explain everything about my God
She answered.
Interesting. This god of yours-Jesus, does he really exists?
If he does, what dispensation did he emanate from
and how and where was his origination?
The king asked.
Well king, my Lord-Jesus Christ, does not exist.
He does not have existence and He does not have origination.
Because when you say that something exists or originated,
it means that such a thing was not existing before;
there was a time it was not existing,
that is why I say that my God does not exist
but He is the very existence and origination Himself
and out of Him comes existence and origination.
Amina replied.
