it had been a couple of hours of me&AJ&Kelly all talking mainly about me and how much i had changed Kelly telling AJ stories off me from before and AJ telling stories off me now they stopped as a tall woman walked in clearly taller then me&AJ&Kelly
''Lexi Good?''
''yeah?'' i said a bit worried she was going to tell me i had to go with my mum
''they would like to know who you want to stay with, but your not going out there incase someone makes you say something will you just step in to this room with me?'' she asked, not going to lie i was nervous i was ten i didn't want to step in to a room with this woman i didn't know
''Can someone come with me please?'' i asked
''one of them i take it?''she pointed towards AJ&Kelly
''yeah please''
''yes, but only one''
''AJ can you come with me please'' i asked so quietly i don't think anyone really heard me
''of course little converse buddy''
''right this way then'' the woman pushed us out of one room and into another clearly wanted her job to be over
*In the room*
''Lexi Good, who would you prefer to stay with?''
''my dad'' i said clearly and loudly knowing my answer and not even wanting to think about it
they asked me other questions about my relationship with my dad and his friends and my relationship with my mum thats where i went silent not really wanting to answer the questions because i didn't know my relationship with my mum she was never there to look after me she was off with some boyfriend AJ noticed i had stopped talking and looked like i was panicking
''hey, excuse me can i have a second to talk to lexi? she's freaking out over this questions, i just need a second im not going to get to change anything she just needs a breather'' AJ said to the woman, the woman nodded and walked out the room for a couple of mins
''just chill out and tell them Lexi, everything will be ok i promise'' the woman soon came back in and AJ went back over to her seat away from me and this woman AJ wasn't allowed to close incase she made me change some answers but she was allowed in the room
i told the woman everything to how my mum wasn't around and to how many clothes i had and to how much i ate to which the woman was unimpressed with
''right thankyou, Lexi i'll take all this to the judge you may go back to that room you were in before, hopefully they shouldn't be too much longer'' she smiled and showed us our way out i was hoping they weren't to much longer i wanted my daddy and i wanted him now and plus the court started at 9am its not 11:45am im getting hungry...
