Soulmate AU-Doodles

The peculiar children were always excited to find doodles on their arms. They would appear and fade periodically, making every moment exciting. Surprisingly, Millard's soulmate's doodles actually showed up. Sometimes when Millard would attempt to sneak around, his soulmate would decide it was perfect timing to doodle little swirls on his forearm. While it was frustrating, he couldn't help but blush.

Enoch, however, was different. He would either wear long-sleeved shirts or would draw scary things like, "need a sheep heart" or "need 14 homunculi" to creep out his soulmate from drawing for a while.

Before he met the peculiars, Jake never really drew on his arm. He was pale as it is, and wasn't good at art in his opinion. Emma however, kept drawing to try and reach Abe. She believed that Abe was receiving the doodles, when Jake was. Up until after he met them, he never knew why things like, "come back" and "we miss you" .would appear. Young Jacob would sometimes answer,"I've never seen you" "who are you?" Which would immensely confuse Emma.

Hugh and Fiona were a different story. Fiona would always doodle detailed flowers, and Hugh would sometimes doodle crude-looking bees. Once, before they realized they were soulmates, Fiona was doodling flowers at the dinner table, and noticed Hugh's arm. She immediately blushed a bright red, and so did Hugh. Claire and Olive giggled. After that, when they had known for a while, Hugh got more comfortable with his drawings. He would often write bee puns such as, "You look bee-utiful" or simply quotes form the Bee Movie. To his luck, sometimes Fiona would reply with a flower pun. (Imagine them keeping in touch after she fell off of the cliff!)

Bronwyn was never really worried about her arm. She would sometimes ask polite questions, but always would get distracted helping out with the young ones.

Olive and Claire were too young to understand why doodles would come and go. But sometimes they would respond and have small conversations with their soulmates.

Horace would sometimes have dreams about his soulmate, but their face would be blurred out. He would daydream about his prophetic dreams, trying to put together a face.

I tried my best to respect all ships with any characters, but I had to include jemma and fugh!
