Chapter 22-

Thierry's POV:

Maybe the boss had a change of heart, though he never usually does, and would be nice to her . I doubt that. That's why I'm having second thoughts about what I did but then again she may change him and it may make him nicer to people.

I know, I'll pay him a visit so I can check on her. Hopefully she'll be ok but I doubt it knowing how the boss can be.

Jess's POV:

I haven't told Evelyn's mum yet about Evelyn disappearing. I know I should but I just cant bring myself to do it.

Thierry's POV:

I hope he'll let me in to visit. I did phone ahead just to make sure he'd be in when I planned to go.

He let me in and told me to go through to the living room and pick any game and set it up whilst he went upstairs to go sort somethings.

Not long after I heard raised voices above me but didn't question it, I've learnt not to.

He was a while before he came downstairs again. There was a hand print on his left cheek. She slapped him, she'll regret it later, he doesn't like anyone disobeying him or his rules as that's just how he is. She will not get out of this easily, I have some sympathy for her already. He's quite pissed I can tell from his body language as he's tense.

I think he used to call it tough love, you respect the rules or face the consequences. That's what he taught me when I was growing up.

He said Cherry would be shortly joining us, she just had to get changed.

*half an hour later*

She's taking her time, she's just meant to be getting changed so it shouldn't be taking her half an hour.

He's irritated I can tell. So, I said I would go check on her to make sure she hurries up and gets downstairs.

He was going to argue but I walked off up the stairs.

When I got to outside her door all I could hear was quiet sobbing and even quieter cursing, I could only hear the cursing because I have un-naturally good hearing.

I went in all of a sudden and she leapt up and grabbed the nearest thing to her which just so happened to be part of a PlayStation. Why she had that hidden under her bed I don't know, I'll ask the Boss later.

She said touch me and I'll break your face, so don't even think about it.

I chuckled and replied "I wouldn't do that if I was you, you're already in trouble with your dad and this would make him more unhappy with you."

I do admit I had an edge of cockiness to my voice.

I received a scowl so I retorted that scowling won't make you pretty.

She glowered this time.

She forgot I had a button for the shock collar in my pocket, I took it out and teasingly hovered my thumb over the button. When she noticed what was happening her facial expression was priceless because it went from annoyed to surprised.

I was shocked with what happened next, she literally lept from where she was standing to jump at me and starting hitting me . It was like she'd gone insane. She was still balancing though and attached to me. I was taken aback so stumbled backwards and fell on the floor but was still getting attacked from her.

She punches very well for a small girl of her age.

She was hurling insults and punches at me so fast I couldn't quite catch what she was saying but caught the general gist of it and it wasn't very polite.

I got some strength from somewhere and pushed her off me. She landed in a crumpled heap on the floor , not moving for a few minutes.

When she tried to get up she collapsed on the floor, she tried again and was wobbly like a new born foal.

I told her to get changed and she actually listened to me.

Following her over to the drawers I chuckled when I saw what there was for her to wear.

It was some sexy looking lingerie.

A/N: Sorry it wasn't a week till this update I got sidetracked and had issues with my laptop. I do have some chapters stockpiled for this book so I can update as I type up more chapters, might as an apology for you guys do a double update tonight but may not have time.
