Im Lena, an Austrian Uni-Student and obviously in love with Skam :D Since english isn't my first language please excuse a few mistakes ;)
Before we start I think I have to explain something - I've got my own history with depressions and anxiety/panic disorder plus meds so if I try to explain how Even is feeling it often reflects on my own experiences - everybody is feeling different during depressions and Im not sure how somebody who's manic feels - so if you think the way I try to describe things isn't the way you'd expected it - well as I said it came from my own experience and ways of dealing with it.
If you are going through something similar - you are not alone and it does go better :)
Last but not least, the chapter names are song titles - Im gonna post the link of the song as well if you want to listen to it during reading :)
