"She already thinks I'm shallow, letting her know I gave her money that she's really giving right back to me might ruin what I've built with her."

"Well she's opening up more. That's a start I'll readily go on."
"So optimistic," Suzy shook her head. "Oh, and Lucy sends her regards."
"Tell my apple headed friend that I miss her too."
"You're going to the store right?" Suzy asked once I finished the last of my cheesecake. I nodded and paid my bill, downing the rest of my smoothie.
"Yeah I - oh my God my brain!" I exclaimed at the intense throbbing in my head.
"I've told you time and time again not to down those smoothies like that big head."
"Maybe I'll listen to you one day."
Day Four
I jumped in surprise as my usual dinner of a loaded bacon burger, a small sprite, and a platter of cheese covered fries was slammed onto the table in front of me.

"Imagine my surprise when I walk into a store only to find out that that girl that's been hitting on me and giving me outrageous tips for the past four days is the OWNER who neglected to mention that she was the owner."
"Well now you know the truth. Would you have gone knowing it was MYstore?"
The green eyed girl shrugged in nonchalance. "Probably not."
"See? That's why I didn't say anything. Hey, I see you bought one of my summer jackets."
"Whatever, enjoy your food. " I grinned and decided to be a little petty.
"Enjoy your jacket love!"
Day Five
"Hey babe. You seem down today. Are you okay?"
"I'm fucking ecstatic. Don't you mind your own business?"
"What's wrong with you? You're even more insufferable than normal. If you're having a bad day, I'm a good listener. I pinky promise."
"I know. And I'm sorry for snapping at you when you've only been nothing but annoying and flirtatious. I'm having a bad day as you can see," she placed my usual lunch on my table. "And I'm sure you aren't going to want to hear about it. "
