FLO POV

Monday arrived. We all flied into the room to take the exam.  Our math teacher was waiting for us, smiling triumphantly at the faces of my friends.

I sat down besides Kai at our desk and gave him a thumbs up.  He grinned and returned the sign. I look at my friends and they all looked relaxed and confident. Yeah, we can do this.

“All of the students that I will mention will have to go to the next classroom and take the exam there.” Math teacher announced. I listen as my name, class rep, Kris and some others were called. I gathered my things and handed my pen to Kai who looked at it confused.

“It’s my lucky pen, you can use it today. Pass the exam okay? Fighting!” I said to him and waved by to my friends. They smiled and waved back.  Math teacher looked momentarily confused as to why there was no objections coming from the students as the brightest of the class were taken. She thinks we were going to cheat.

I beam at her as we got out of the room.

“She must be really worried about us.” Kris said besides me.

“I know right.” I answer smiling. I have to admit there is a bit of a competitive side in me and it gets out when people play unfair to win against me.

“I hope they will be fine.” Class rep said looking back at our room.

“Oh they will be.” I answered smiling smugly.

We walked to the teacher’s lounge where our adviser was waiting for us. I looked confused as there was no space for us to take the exam.

“Hello my students please sit down there. You don’t need that exam, your grades are just fine.” He said and pointed us to a bench on the side. We sat down and waited. Kris took out his phone and played with it. I regretted not taking mine with me.

“Flo smile.” Kris suddenly said and held up his phone. I smiled and did a peace sign.  We both looked at the picture and saw that the angle was all wrong. He was pointing below our faces and took a picture of our feet instead.

“Do it again.” I said, joining in out of boredom. We spent about 30 minutes taking pictures. Class rep and Jess his girlfriend joining us.

“Oh that reminds me class rep, I want to show you what we plan on doing for the variety show. I’ll show it later after school.” I said.

“Is Kris rapping?” Jess asked. Her arm on Class rep’s knee.

“I think we can insert it if we can.” I add grinning at Kris who rolled his eyes. We had agreed that we should concentrate on the dance itself since it was a complicated piece.

An hour passed and we were all allowed to go back to the classroom. Math teacher is looking mad and pissed and my friends looked smug and happy. They all beamed when Kris and I went in. I sat down beside a very relaxed and happy Kai.

“What’s up?” I asked him.

“They checked the papers immediately after the exam. We all passed.” Kai answered beaming.

“And math teacher is pissed and thinks we cheated. She wants to make us take the exam again.” Beakhyun said behind me.  “Game on. I can take that exam again without any difficulty.” He adds grinning at me.  I smile and looked back to math teacher and our advisor arguing in hush voices. There seemed to be no end when our principal arrived.
