Coffee Shop

Hey guys this is my first story for this book of one shots! Hope you enjoy! Tell me what you think please! :)

<Tyler's POV>
You had just finished up a huge project for school and are about to take a lunch break. College sucks and it takes up a lot of energy. Good thing there's that cute little coffee shop a few blocks away. You slip on your skeleton jacket and grab your dorm room keys and head out. As you where walking the cold wind nipped at your nose. You stuffed your hands in your pockets and started to walk down the side walk faster.

The coffee shop you where going to was your favorite and just because of the coffee. There was also this cute guy who worked the counter. He is shorter then you and his hair is shaved in the sides and longer at the top. The top part is purple. He had the cutest smile and he seemed shy. He would kinda talk in a small sweet voice. He was always so adorable.

You have finally made it to the coffee and find that not too many people are here today. The line only has 2 people. As you get in line you spot Josh taking orders. You can't help but smile just a little. Because you don't want to seem like a creep for staring you look around the shop. They have the super comfy chairs and you spot a free one. Mentally claiming it for your self. You see that it is already your turn in line.

"Uhhh I'll take a (coffee name) please" you say.
"Ok that will be $10, sir. A name for the order?" Josh says cutely.
"Tyler"
"Ok Mr. Tyler you drunk will be right up!" He says with a smile as you saw him write your name on the cup. You smile kindly back.

You walk over the chair that you had mentally claimed as your own. And waited every once in while wondering if you should go try to talk to Josh. He was working though and you didnt want to interrupt or bother him.

"Tyler" you hear someone call your name, pulling you out of your thoughts. You look up see that your coffee is ready. You walk up the purple haired man who is blushing slightly.

"Here you go sir, enjoy" you hear him say.
"Thank you" you say politely, smiling.
He hands you the coffee and you take a sip out of it. You look at the cup and realize something else besides your name is written on the cup.

Call Me? *phone number* was written on the cup. You can't help but smile to yourself. As your walking out you look back at Josh and see him blushing and smiling still, he waves. You wave back and continue to walk.

Once you got home you wait a couple hours until you call him. You didn't want to do it during his work hours. When you thought it would be a good time to call him, you got the cup and summoned all the courage you could find (which wasn't that much because you where a nervous man). You dialed the number and prayed to god that this wasn't a fake number.

"Hello?" You hear the coffee shop boy's adorable voice.
"Hey, it's uhh me Tyler. The dude your gave your phone number to via coffee cup." You say, you where worried and you where trying your best not to be awkward.
"Hey Tyler, glad you called. So uhh wanna go to dinner tonight, maybe?" He says. You could tell he was nervous by the way he spoke. This helped to relax you because it was nice to know your not the only nervous one.
"Uhh yeah. Actually the would be great!" You spoke into the phone trying to hide the excitement in your voice."
"Awesome, wanna go to that Mexican place?"
"Do you mean Taco Bell? Because if you mean Taco Bell then heack yes, I love Taco Bell."
You hear Josh giggle. It is the cutest thing you have ever heard.
"That's not what I meant but.... Sure if ya want. Meet you there around 7?"
"Yeah the would be great!"
He giggles again, "ok great, see you there bye!"
"See ya, bye!"
You hang up and try not to jump up and down with joy. Most people would not think Taco Bell as a good place for a date, but a great many people underestimate the awesome greasy power of Taco Bell.

You smile to yourself thinking about everything that just happened. And how you can't wait for your date.
