"Leo I swear if you do anything to him I will kill you!" I screamed as Leo was currently grabbing onto my arm.
"I've had enough of that bastard, I'm going to finish him." Leo said as he stormed off and away from me.
I slid down in front in my locker and balled my eyes out. I know Luke is strong and can fend for himself it's just that Leo is capable of so many unpredictable things.
"Emily?" I heard someone say.
I looked up to see Michael.
"Hey Mikey" I said as my voice croaked.
"What's wrong?" He said sitting next to me.
"It's Leo I think he may be trying to hurt Luke and I can't let that happen." I said wiping away tears.
"Trust me Luke is strong, Leo doesn't stand a chance." Michael said as he gave me a warm embracing hug.
"I just can't let it happen." I said.
"I understand but please don't do anything you'll regret or anything." Michael said.
After Michael and I had finished talking I walked home and left school from the day.

That same afternoon I kept receiving texts from Luke. I read them
L: Where are you Em?
L: I've been looking for you
L: Are you ignoring me?
L: Did I do something wrong?
Luke had done nothing wrong but I couldn't stand putting his life in jeopardy anymore.
I know I have to leave Luke and immediately stop seeing him for his safety and my own safety.
The thought of not having Luke in my life broke me but it was for the best
I had to do it.
