Chapter 3: I Will be Killing Royalty

"What the hell is going on," Lily's dad roared as he came down the hallway.

Her brothers were close behind.

They stopped when they entered the room, and all of their eyes darkened.

"What.Did.He.Do?" Peter asked, each word grinding his teeth.

"He took my freaking kids!" I screamed in pure fury.

"Hunter, breath, I'm just gonna go get them," she shrugged,"no biggie,"

"NO BIGGIE?! The guy is a psychopath!" I reminded her.

"So what, anything to get my boys back,"

Lily seemed in a daze and I shook her.

"Lily, he took our babies and he wants to kill them!" I yelled.

"Wait what?" She asked in surprise.

I looked at her and realized that she hadn't read the letter yet.

I had just assumed she had.

Her breathes began to come out in short, sharp breathes.

A blue layer of light began to surround her, and I called her name.

She didn't even acknowledge me.

The blue continued to grow and get brighter.

Eva had given me the book that outlined everything about Lily, and I had read every word.

I knew exactly what was going to come next.

"Everyone out!" I yelled in warning.

I didn't have to tell them twice, and they were running out.

Slowly turning, I looked lily in the eyes.

"I know it's not you in control Lily, but I know you're in there,"

LILY'S P.O.V.

"Wait what?" I exclaimed.

His face paled a little as he just looked at me.

Without any warning, my wolf took control.

I tried to regain control, but she snarled at me.

Hunter called my name, but he sounded underwater and distant.

My wolf seemed to have absorbed so much power from my fury that she had formed her own being.

I was so at peace, it was like I was dreaming.

Small shocks flew throughout my body and into my fingers and toes.

Looking down, I saw a small halo of blue light forming around me.

Hunter's concern quickly changed to fear.

"Everyone out!" he screamed.

They instantly vanished from the room.

Hunter turned to face me.

"I know it's not you in control Lily, but I know you're in there," he told me softly.

Wait, how'd he know my wolf was control?

Then I remembered that stupid book that Eva had given him.

I had asked him about it on the car ride over, and he told me that it was basically a book that outlined what ii could do.
