Abby Griffin was walking down one of the very long aisles in the Ark when she heard a loud bang in one of the air locks.

"Regina! What kind of driving was that!?"

"I didn't see anything!"

"Wait guys! Where are we!?"

Abby placed in her code, waiting for the door to slide open. The dark room ignited in the light, revealing three girls in odd clothing.

"What are you three doing in here?"

Regina squints at her surroundings in utter confusion, she was suddenly on a metal surface-which was cold-and no longer in her car.

Marzia's mouth dropped open, all she could think of was, 'Am I dreaming? Did Regina give me drugs? Where am I?'

"Where are your I.D.'s?" Abby questions, forcing the teens to stand, "What are these clothes?"

"I left my I.D. back at my house." Marzia mumbles, searching her pockets.

"I have-"

"No." Brook pushes Regina's hand down, "That I.D. won't work for her."

Abby narrows her eyes in suspicion, "Names?"

"Marzia Alvarez." Brook rolls her eyes, crossing her arms and refusing to say her name.

"I'm Regina Erwin. Stubborn right here-" Regina drapes her arm around Brook, "She's Brook Darwin."

She pulled out a touch pad, "Your names aren't in the database."

"What database?" Regina questions.

"The database with all of the Arks birth records." Abby answers slowly, "You three don't understand a work I'm saying do you?"

"No." Brook pipes in, stuffing her hands in her jean pockets, "We know what you're saying, but we're from earth, where there is no such thing as 'The Ark'."

Abby frowned, "The earth has been inhabited for over 97 years. This is no time for joking, your names-"

Brook pulled out her Ipod and began to play music, "A product of 2013? Eh, got it in seventh grade. Enough proof or-"

"This technology is ancient." Abby says in surprise, taking Brook's Ipod and examining it, "The parts are no longer made, or exist. It's all intact."

Brook snatched it back, "That's because I got it about five or four years ago."

"You wear glasses."

Brook raised her eyebrows, "Yeah, they're kind of on my face."

"I do not appreciate the sass." Abby snaps, "No one on The Ark wears glasses."

"She's as blind as a bat." Regina snorts, as Marzia nods.

Abby sighs, "I need to take you three to Thelonious."

*~*~*~*~*~*~*

"You believe these three?"

"Completely." Abby states.

Regina felt weird, this woman they just met completely trusts them. She would have thought they were completely nuts.

Thelonious stared at the group of teenagers, "How old are you?"

"Seventeen." Brook states quickly, "We're all seventeen." Marzia and Regina nodded, even though Marzia was eighteen.

"Not eighteen." Abby says, "You can't float them. Send them down with the hundred, they know about the earth, they can help those kids."
