Max's POV -
I can't believe I rejected my mate. I want her back I need her back. I love her! I don't ever want to hurt her again. I scream in pain and fall to my knees. I could feel my hair being yanked. Yet, no one was doing it to me. "Eveline . . ." I whisper. I run as fast as I can to to Alpha Jacks office. "Evaline is in trouble!" I say quickly Jack freezes and looks up at me. "I will send some trackers with you. I will be joining you guys soon." He says coldly. I know Jack, something is really bothering him. Ah fuck it, I gotta go! I run outside, surprised to see that the trackers were already out side waiting. "Well, Come on!" I shouted. We shifted once we got into the cover of the woods. " I have her scent!" One yelled through mind link. My head snapped up and looked at him. "This way!" He yells again. We all follow him. I WILL find Evaline, I have to, I hope you can forgive me. When I find, I promise I will treat you like a queen even if I'm not worthy. Tear begin to drop from my eyes as I run. I will never leave her side again! Even if she hates me. After about a hour we end up finding this small wooden cabin. We sneak through the open window. This place smells like old dusty wood! Gross! I shake my head. I shift back into my human form, opening a strand dark door. We walk down the steps to see my mate and some others down there in cells. I growl. NO WAY IN HELL IS THIS OKAY! WHO EVER DID THIS IS GOING TO BE RIPPED APART!! I start to shake. I went to grab the keys off the wall but was stopped by a large dark brown wolf.
