It was a peaceful morning, or so I thought until I dropped my cereal bowl which spilled milk and captain crunch all over me and the kitchen floor. I quickly grabbed a rag from the counter and cleaned up the mess. I stood up and went to my room to change my shirt. I took a maroon tank top out of my closet and replace the grey one I was previously wearing. I looked at the clock seeing that I only had a couple minutes to make it to class.

I finally made it to the school after running almost half a mile down a busy street, with my coffee, sketchbook, and phone in hand. I opened the door to the art and math hall and started running down the corridor, just as I was about to turn down the traditional art hallway I collided into another person. That was enough to throw me over the edge. I struggled to breath, my head was spinning, everything felt like it was going a hundred miles per hour. I couldn't hear a word anyone was saying, all I could hear was my heart beating fast like a drum. The man I bumped into was trying to talk to me, but I could not hear anything. The man had crouched down to my level and put his arm around me holding me close while I had my panic attack.

"Shh calm down. You're going to be okay," The man said soothingly while rubbing my back.

"I can't breathe," I struggled to say, feeling faint and weak.

"Focus on my breaths, okay? Try to breathe with me," He took my hand and placed it on his chest holding it there. I felt his chest move up and down repeatedly. I followed his instructions and after a couple of minutes I got back to breathing normal.

"Thank you." I said softly, closing my eyes and leaning my head against the wall.

"Anytime, and I'm sorry. Panic attacks are tough," He said "My name is Josh by the way."

"It's totally fine," I said, "My name is Olivia. Thank you, Josh."

I opened my eyes and looked up at Josh. He had brown hair, coffee eyes and a smile plastered on his face. He grinned at me and started to get up pulling me up with him. I leaned down and grabbed my coffee cup, which had spilled all over the floor, phone and sketchbook.

"I should better go my class starts in a minute," I said looking at my watch. He looked a little bummed to have to leave me, but he quickly replaced that with a smile.

"Awh, okay. I hope to see you around again!" Josh replied gently hugging me. I hugged him back.

I ran down the rest of the corridor leading to my classroom, stopping for a moment to throw away my empty coffee cup. I entered and walked to the back sitting down in my normal seat. All I could think about was Josh. He captivated me, with his brown eyes and his contagious smile. He was really interesting, I hoped that we would meet again, but knowing my luck that probably won't happen. The professor came in and snapped me out of my thoughts, as she instructed us on our new project.
