Killian was in back of the cab snuggled to his mother's side. His mother smiled and started to rub his back in comfort.

His brother Liam, who was next to her with his headphones on, saw this moment between the two and rolled his eyes "Momma's boy".

His father, Brennan, entered on the passenger's sit after putting their bags on the taxi's truck. He turned to Killian and smiled at him. "Don't worry son. You'll make many good friends in Storybrooke."

Killian ignored him and snuggled even more to his mother's side. His father doesn't understand. He would never make friends in his new school but that wasn't because he didn't want to. Killian wasn't very good at making friends like his brother Liam.

Liam had many friends over at their house in Ireland. They played video games, football, made small competitions, they had sleepovers in which they stayed up late or even all night talking about boys stuff, girls and watching movies.

Liam was the most popular guy in school, the girls swoon everytime he showed up and of course he dated a lot of them. Maybe that's why he was a little mad for moving to a new country.

"Killian, your father is right! This is like a beginning of a new adventure.  I'm sure you'll make many friends here. Don't worry." Anna said while running her fingers through his hair. Liam rolled his eyes again and mumbled something.

"What is that Liam? Want to share anything with us?" Anna asked and Liam sighed. "No, Mum."

Anna turned to Killian and winked at him. He smiled and hugged his mother's waist tightly.

Anna Jones was a very kind woman, with a golden heart. Sometimes she was even capable of putting other people's happiness above herself. She was an amazing wife to Brennan and a perfect mother to Liam and Killian.

But, although Anna loved both her boys by iqual with all heart, Killian was her little boy. Killian was a special. He was very shy around people,  but once you gpt to know him, he was the kindest and the most loving boy you ever met. He smart and a good and obedient son.

Killian was also very attached to his mother. He also loved his father dearly but his mummy was his confident, his best friend. That's why he was going to try to make new friends in their new home.

He knew it would make his mother proud.

The road trip was long and boring. Liam was distracted on his phone. Killian slept a few hours but when was awake, he was watching the cars passing by. Eventually he got bored of looking through the car's window, so Anna invented a game; he counted the blue cars and she, the red ones. The one who had the bigger number won.

Killian was winning the game when he saw a big sign saying "Welcome to Storybrooke, Maine".

Finally, the irish family had arrived to their new home.

When they arrived to their new house, Brennan and Anna took the bags out of the cab and gave the money to the taxi driver.

Liam and Killian took his respective bag pack and his parents the rest of the bags to the porch. Brennan put the bags down and reached for the keys to open the door.

The four of them entered and the house was actually nice and very pretty. It was big, cozy and it had a backward where Killian and his brother could play. Brennan turned to his boys and said excited:

"Okay boys. You can explore the house but don't take so long. The sooner we unpack the sooner we can all play in the back. What do you think?"

Killian smiled and nodded "Okay Papa!"

The young boy ran to explore the new house. Killian soon found out how big this house was!

First, Killian went upstairs. There was three bedrooms, all of them already decorated. His parent's bedroom haf a wall painted in dark blue, it was decoreted with black furniture including a king sized bed and a big closet. His brother's bedroom was black. Liam was already unpacking his things. Killian could see the sad expression on his brother's face. It was really hard for him to say goodbye to Ireland.

Killian continued. He finally reached his bedroom. It was by far the best on the house. The walls were painted with a navy blue. There was a wooden closet, a small desk and even if it was the smallest bedroom, it still had a small space for his toys.

After placing his bag pack on the floor he returned to explore the house. There was three bathrooms (one in his parents room, one upstairs and other downstairs). Downstairs the living room was connected to the dinning room that lead to the kitchen. There was also a studio and a office.

The backward was huge. It had a little place for his mother's flowers and of course a big field to play with his father and brother.

"Killian, go unpack your things!" Anna said from inside the house. Killian run and went inside. His bag was quickly grabbed it to his room to unpack.

When he got to his bedroom his father was already there with his bags and toys.

"So...here are your clothes and toys. Are you capable of unpack your things on your own?"

"Yes, Papa" Killian replied softly. Brennan chuckled and ruffled his hair. "Papa! Stop it." Killian laughed taking his hand away from his hair.
"Okay, okay! Once you're done, go downstairs to dinner. I don't how she did it, but your mother already unpacked everything."

"Can't we play a little before dinner?" Killian asked disappointed. After all, his father said they were going to play with Liam. Brennan bent down to Killian's level and put his hand on his son's shoulder.

"Maybe tomorrow. We all need to rest. It was a long trip and tomorrow is a big day".

Tomorrow was his and Liam's first day at school. And of course, Killian was nervous about it. Liam was still mad to leave his friends but it like it was said before, Liam didn't have problems in making new friends.

"Okay." He replied, the disappointed clear in his voice. Brennan smiled and leaved the room.

Killian opened his bag and put his clothes inside the closet. Next he took his toys out of the box and arranged them to his liking.

When he was done he went downstairs to dinner with his parents and brother. Liam was always with his head low and playing with his food while his parents talked about their new job. Brennan was the StoryBrooke Highschool's new literature teacher and Anna was the new nurse at the hospital.

"So Killian, Liam?" Anna said. Only Killian looked up. "Are you excited for tomorrow? I'm sure you'll get along pretty well. You are such a sweet boys. Who wouldn't want to be friends with you?"

Liam rolled his eyes. "Whatever. Can I go to my room? I'm tired." He said annoyed at her.

Anna replied after sometime taken by his tone. "Sure." Liam got up and went to his bedroom. Anna lowered her head and Killian could see the tears starting to form. Brennan placed his hand on top of hers.

"He's just sad because he had to say goodbye to his friends back in Ireland. Don't worry. He just needs his space."

Brennan gave her a smile which Anna returned. Killian got up and hugged his mother, giving her a smile.

"Don't worry, mummy. Liam will make friends and so would I. Then he won't be sad anymore."

Both his parents smiled. How could a 6 year old make her feel so much better, they would never know.
