Magic,did it exist?Human may not believe in magic.But it did exist.

When an ordinary human came upon a magical creature,their mind would bend their sighting resulting in them seeing what their mind could process.

One's mind would pass a magical creature as a dog,a cat or anything.

Swind,that's what blocked a human sighting from seeing a magical creature real form.

Very rarely,one could see through the swind,and once it did,that particular human would have a strong and unbreakable connection to the magical world.The once ordinary life would be unordinary.

It was snowing heavily in South Korea.The trees and streets were covered in thick snow.

In fact,this month was the coldest in nearly five decades according to Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA).The average temperature in Seoul was recorded minus 13 degrees Celcius.

Yet,as Antoine ran through the Gotjawal Forest,Jeju Island,he didn't feel the slightest cold.

I love my fur,it keeps me warm.Poor human, it must have been so cold.

Suddenly a familiar voice came from Antoine's mind,Hey Antoine! Wait for me!

Antoine looked back to see a big werewolf running toward him. Hey Will!

Will,one of the member of the pack,was really different from Antoine.

Will was a big wolf with dark black fur and tawny eyes.He,himself,wasn't quite big compared to Will,had a red brown fur and tawny eyes.All werewolves had tawny eyes, only their fur colors and postures differentiate them from one another.

What with the rush Antoine?Slow down! don't leave me like that,I'm your patrol patner.

Antoine smirked and looked at Will sideways.

There was someone who kept thinking of his mate.Can't help it.If I don't keep some distance from you,my mind will be full of your little fantasy.And what makes it worse,I can't shut my mind from you because of this stupid patrol.

For werewolves,there was something called mind-linking.It was a system to make patroling easier.It was like mind reading,the difference was this mind-linking only gave you access to what the members were thinking now,unlike mind reading which gave you access to the past history of what each members had ever thought.

Will grinned,showing all his canines.This is werewolf thing,what can you do about that?

Antoine sighed,well at least what he thought was,in his wolf form it looked more alike to coughing rather than sighing.

What was Big Boss thinking?Sending us here to Jeju Island just to patrol?

Will smiled,Well,as a pack leader,it was his duty to protect all of his areas.Besides,he thought this cold weather isn't just a coincidence,there must be something magical behind it.Don't know what he thought though.

Silence...

Wait,Big Boss can't hear us,can he?

Antoine broke out into a series of laughter, What?You're afraid now?Talking behind his back won't bring you any good.

Will whimpered,Damn.

Antoine laughed.

You're lucky.He can't hear us from this distance.For God's sake Will,he is in Seoul. And we are like 455 km apart.

Antoine nudged Will's side,Come on,let's go back to Seoul.We have checked all of the areas,there is nothing.Let's report back to Big Boss and you can meet your mate after this.

Embarrassed,Will retorted back.
Find a mate for yourself Antoine. Maybe you wouldn't have to put up with me thinking about El all the time if you got yourself one.

Antoine smiled,half hoping.
I hope so.But you know it isn't that easy. Werewolf imprints only once and finding your soul life is a tough task.Or maybe I am destinied to be single all my life.So sad huh ?

Both Antoine and Will went back to Seoul, with Antoine not knowing what fate had in store for him once he got back to Seoul.
