Upon the gloomy bog, where tales of beasts and creatures were lured from the pits of hell, was derived, there the cold body of Azral lays adrift upon the shallow waters. From the foul waters of the marsh, there a demon ascended, gazing upon the corpse of Azral, as the dead lad's blood taints his water.. The demon goes by the name Zeifaro, that means 'Deceiver' in the tongues of the very first Elfherians, who once walked the land in piece before the chaotic rule of Azhirel.

The demon approached the body and picked it up from his marsh, giving Azral life, only to be deceived by the demon. As Azral finally breathes, Zeifaro introduced himself as an angel of prosperity. Azral, unable to see Zeifaro's face, for his blindness remains. After listening to the demon's deceitful words, he vanished. Azral, unable to see how deceptive the one who introduced himself as an angel of prosperity was, he believed and felt safe for he believes that he is under his protection. But little did he know that he was only brought back to life only to be killed once again by what awaits around him. Azral wandered in spite of having no vision, hoping that someone would find him and aid him. No villager found him.. Rather, a god in the name of Atlas. Atlas warned Azral about Zeifaro. The boy was frightened but Atlas offered the lad something he would use to defend himself against beings like Zeifaro. With the gift finally given to the lad, Atlas ascended back to his domain and vanished through the clouds. But the deceitful demon witnessed everything..

Zeifaro knew of the powers, given unto the lad by Atlas. He grew afraid for prophecies had said unto him that he would die by the hands of this boy. Afraid and angered by what Atlas has done, he immediately verged Azral before it was too late. Zeifaro picked him up and threw him to a portal, opened by the demon, himself.

Azral went in through the portal, travelling into a different realm, far away from Elfheria. And there, the portal would spit him out by the ruins in a kingdom called Briar, under the darkened clouds as rain pours down upon him. And there, he sat in the open, pale and wounded. Waiting for hope as he listens to the roars of the frightening thunder.
