Omnipotence: The Kin Slayer [ Chapter 2 ]

Part 1: The Birth Of Vengeance

  In ancient times, gods and men were once together. Men, whom are not alike those who reside upon Earth. Men, whose forms are higher. Whose skin is pale, eyes are silver, hair is darkened and ears are pointy. But everything went downfall as one would dare to oppose. And there, a being stood. Slaying those who would stand and block his path to his vile ambition of ruling the land with an iron fist. Alas, the lives of those who once stood against the being, now filled with fear, would be in peril as their lives are now within the grasp of this man. His name was Azhirel.. And so, the people would crown him their king.

As the new and very first king of the unnamed land, he called it Elfheria. Centuries have passed and Elfheria faced greater damnation.. Soldiers of Azhirel, marching upon the disrupted land , slaying the innocent as he would dare to challenge the gods. But long ago, the gods of the unnamed land established a law to never intervene upon the lives of the men of the land of which they call Elfheria. And so the men that ruled the land did as they please without interruption. With Azhirel's unstoppable tyranny, his gaze sought the beauty of a woman in the midst of his invasion upon a village. He captured her and held her captive within his castle. He would force her to marry him. And with the lack of hope for salvation, she agreed. 

After the marriage, Azhirel would lock her up within his room of which she sees as her own personal prison and resumed to his doings. She stayed within the room where she wept and grieved for eternity 'till a child was formed from within her womb.

And so she gave birth. Her cries in the midst of her delivery would be heard throughout the kingdom of Elfheria. The news would immediately spread like a plague 'till it comes to the king. Azhirel rode on his wyvern towards his castle to witness the birth of his offspring. And so, it came.. It was a boy.. The king felt proud and named his child.. Azral. But little did he know that this gift will turn out to be his curse as vengeance shall be present in the fate of his kin.
