He's Mine & I'm Hers

Hi There

I got up and started to get ready. Throwing on my clothes and brushing out my hair.

I didn't really have any plans today but Jake was out of the house so that was good. He's been really negative lately.

Downstairs, I put on my white vans and picked up my keys from the table and headed towards the door.

Once I stepped outside I realize it was so hot and I was happy I went with my outfit today.

I unlocked my black wrangler and hopped on the seat, "Thank god I don't have leather seats right now,".

Laughing at my own joke I went to put the key in the ignition and turned it.

"Oh no" I rolled my eyes and tried again.

Click click click "hope you like walking" Was what I heard.

"Ugh I can't believe this, Jakes out of town what the fuck, whys it have to die on me now??".

Hoping out of the car I looked around the street to see if anybody was out, so I just picked the nicest looking house.

I started walking across the street, I thought I'd seen a couple guys running around out here before so it seemed like the best option.

Taking the last steps until I got to their porch I tried to remember their names. Fuck.

I fixed my hair and breathed, great socializing

Knock knock knock

Some guy voices came from the other side and then some footsteps came to the door. The door opened and a dude opened it wide so 3 other guys could look out too.

"Uh hi?" The one that opened the door said.

"Hey, I'm Hallie, I don't mean to mess up plans or anything going on, but my car won't start and I need a jump?" Gesturing over my shoulder towards my house.

"Oh okay haha. Yeah, you're not messing anything up. I'm Zane and these are my roommates." He looked behind him.

All the boys were smiling and staring whoopie

"I'm Toddy nice to meet you, Hallie." A tall shirtless guy said smiling. He put his hand for a high five and I laughed and high fived him.

"You live just across the street? Cool, I'm Scotty," Some very tattooed shirtless ginger said.

Zane walked out of the door and Hallie stepped back and headed towards her house, "yeah Heath why don't you jump it with your truck?"

That was easier than I thought they're really nice.

Scotty and Toddy headed towards my house ahead of us while Zane stayed next to me and some other guy went to go get his truck keys.

"So how long have you lived across the street miss car breaker?" Zane asked laughing.

"Hah, well I didn't break it first off it's just too damn hot. I've only lived in this house for 2 months, my boyfriend & I moved here for jobs." I turned my head when I heard the truck start up and pull out of the drive way.
