"What made you think that you can easily beat me Kurt?" sagot naman ni Kuya J.

"It doesn't hurt to try. We have the same League ranking anyway." He calmly said saka binalingan si Kuya K. "Aren't you going to change your bet, K? Or you're willing to ship your Harley here in case Justin or I wins this?"

"Hell, no! Maybe my star wars collec—"

"Definitely not, K. Bet your chess set. I'm not really after it, but knowing how you treasure it," Kuya J smirked as the other cursed under his breath.

This is getting too serious base sa mga reaksyon nila. And being a mere spectator of them... Hindi naman siguro sila magpapatayan nito mamaya?

Ngumisi si Kuya Justine, seemingly happy with the turn of events. "I'm betting my hardbound graphic novels then. Half of the total. That means 250, I believe."

Damn. Nakakatakot na talaga 'to. Ni hindi ko madala sa labas ng bahay ang isang comics niya tapos ngayon?! It might not be that much sa iba pero I do know how much it means the world to them. Yung mga pinupusta nila.

Buti na lang hindi ako kasali. Wala naman akong maipupusta, hahaha.

Or so I thought.

"And since I have classes in an hour, si Louie na lang ang representative ko," sabi naman ni Kuya Kurt.

"Kuya, wag," agad na tanggi ko. I was starting to get rattled too. "Hindi ako marunong mag-League. Baka matalo ka."

"No, it's fine. League of legends is almost the same as DOTA. Parehas lang namang MOBA game yan so you'll be fine. We played that a couple of times, right?"

Tumango ako. "Pero panay bots lang naman 'yon at hindi ko pa alam ang skills ng iba. I'm hardly at level 30."

I may be competitive pero I know when to fight the right battle for me. Buti sana kung kampante ako sa skills ko kahit papaano pero medyo nangangapa pa ako.

Si Kuya Kurt ang nag-introduce ng League sa akin. Mas madalas kaming nag-uusap sa Skype kumpara kay Kuya Justin pero naglalaro din kami at the same time. Yun yung bonding namin. Pero I'm new to it. Tulad ng sabi ko, wala pa ako sa level 30. Ni wala pa akong pambili ng runes at kulang ang mastery na very essential sa game.

"No need to fuss," he calmly said. "Account ko naman ang gagamitin mo eh. So okay lang ba? I swear I don't mind 'cause I know you're going to give your best on anything."

Matagal ako bago napatango. Pero sigurado ba talaga 'to? "Sige, try ko. But don't hate me if we lose ha?"

Marahang natawa ito, probably knew why I said that.

He may be very calm pero I was actually surprised how hustler he is during MOBA games. Nang-aaway siya ng player!

I remember one time when we were playing at the bottom lane together. I was new so he'd chat the other members that we will be teamed up at the bottom lane. He's my support that time and I was the attack damage carry champion. Tinatrash talk niya yung mga hindi marunong maglaro at inaaway niya ang nang-aaway sakin tuwing namamatay ako. Medyo napipikon din siya kapag parang matatalo kami. That's a different side of him na nito ko lang nasaksihan.

But I also realized na hindi ako ganoon kagaling maglaro sa bottom lane kapag hindi siya ang support ko. Hard to admit, but I would totally suck without him. Ugh.

Naputol ang pagmuni-muni ko nang marinig ang pagsipol ni Kuya J.

"Ipapadala mo yan, sigurado ka? Di ba mahal yan?"

"Ha? Ang alin?" tanong ko sa kanila.

"He's betting his exceptional toy worth $2,500--"

"It's settled then," putol ni Kuya Kurt. "I'm betting my vapor crossbow. So, here's my deal, Louie." Tumingin ito sakin. "If we lose, alam mo kung ano'ng mawawala sakin. If we win... you're going to have them. Consider it my Christmas gift to you. You just have to work for it nga lang."
