April's POV
It was a foggy day in London. It was 6 o'clock in the morning, and April was drinking a hot tea in her house. She decided to get up early, so she could arrive on time at the Hogwarts express. She was happy and excited about starting her career as a teacher in Hogwarts, her old school. She finished drinking her tea, and started getting ready. After half an hour she was done. It was early so she decided to walk to the King's Cross station instead of appareting. She put on her muggle coat and started walking to the station. After an hour of walk she arrived. It was still early, but she didn't mind. She passed trough the wall and arrived on platform 9 3/4. The train had already arrived, and only 2 or 3 students were there, spending the last minutes with their parents. She got on the train and sit in an empty carriage. She pulled out a book from her luggage and started reading. It was a muggle book, called "wuthering heights". She loved reading those kind of books, and this was her favourite. She had already read it several times, and underlined her favourite parts. After about half an hour the train started moving. "I'm sorry, can I sit here? Everywhere else is full" said a tiny voice near her. "Yes, of course" she replied. "Is this your first year at Hogwarts?" She asked, putting away her book. "Yes it is" said the little boy."and is this your last one?" He asked. " No, it's not... I'm a teacher, I teach Defense against the dark arts" she said smiling. The little boy blushed "Oh... I'm.. I'm sorry sir" he said looking down. "Oh don't worry dear" she said "So what house wuold you want to be sorted in?" As they started talking the boy seemed to gain some courage, and towards the end of the trip, he talked non-stop. April enjoyed being near children, and they usually liked to be around her too. She always managed to make them feel confortable, and that made her a great teacher. "You better get off the train now, you don't want to be late to the sorting ceremony, do you?" She said smiling at the little boy. She then quickly changed her clothes to a long, black dress and a witch hat with her wand and got off the train as well. Hogwarts was like she remembered it to be, even after the war. It had always made her feel home and safe, and nothing was changed.
