1996, Samuel Bradford Wilmington realized he was not an average seventeen year old male. Mental issues, stress, music, and lack of girls. He was alone and antisocial. There was nothing more to it. But one day things changed. He found her, and she ma...
It was a rainy and dreary Wednesday in North East, New York. Sam being himself turned his radio on listening to Green Day while kicking his feet back imagining what tomorrow would hold. Sam was not in school so he did not have a worry in the world about papers and other bullshit. He started towards the kitchen to get himself some breakfast. He grabbed his cereal and took his seat back.

He lived alone in a small, vintage house all by himself. It was somewhat in the middle of no where, but at the same time it was not. Most times there was a sudden feeling of loneliness but in reality, he figured it was nothing different.
While his music was still shouting the songs of some of his favorite bands, he walked outside and looked around him wondering what was beyond the woods and hollowness of the forest. He cared but not to the point where he would leave. He has been there and back. He believed if no one cared to look for him then why should he care to look for them. He gave up once everyone else gave up on him.
He was not alone. He had Michael and Hannah by his side. "figments of your imagination," was what his mother told him when he was a kid. Yeah, right. It all started when he was seven, which is when he met Michael. Michael gave him the feeling of independence and caring. Without him, Sam would not know what to do with himself. He felt that being without them he would be insane, even though everyone claimed he was insane because of them. He later found Hannah when he was thirteen. The middle of a Friday night, dark and empty. He was breaking down to the sound of rain combining both his tears and rainfall into one giant storm, then it was over. Hannah touched his back just like the feeling of angel feathers. He never felt so secure in his life.
He sat on his porch watching the rain patter down remembering when he was thirteen. Not all of them were nice, but Hannah and Michael were. This is where his imagination was free. His abandoned house in the middle of the woods where no one would care to look for him.
