I woke up rather early this morning. I couldn't sleep much because I'm so excited.
I jump down from my bunk and see my security guard sleeping on the couch.
Ooookay never mind.
Since we're parked, I quietly get off the bus and breathe in the fresh Ohio air. I would stay out here, but it's way too damn cold for that and I'm already sick so let's not make it worse with 2 shows left on tour.
I step back onto the bus and shiver from the cold. I turn the corner to go back to the bunks and see Sarah standing there, which scares the shit out of me.
I try not to gasp out loud and immediately put my hand to my heart and breathe out a laugh and say, "Jesus Sarah you scared me."
She whispers back, "You scared me! I didn't know where you went!"
I say raising an eyebrow, "What if I was just in the bathroom?"
She says, "I didn't know!"
I say getting back up into my bed, "Well now you do."
She tugs at my arm and whines, "Don't go back to sleep!"
I say taking out my phone, "I'm not shut up."
She says, "Good."
And gets into the bed and sits across from me against the wall. She says after a few minutes of silence, "Can I see the ring?"
I say, "Yeah it's right here."
I open a little compartment in the wall near the shelf and pull out a jewelry box and hand it to her. She gently opens it and gasps and says, "Ooh my! It's gorgeous Sab!"
I smile to myself and say, "Yeah I think so too."
Rowan's POV:
Well I landed in Ohio and now my Uber is on it's way to the venue where Sabrina already is.
I'm so excited to give her her present!
It's not much but it's meaningful.
I got a really cute little book made of all of our favorite pictures together through the past year on our adventures and some captions I wrote. I also got her some of her favorite cosmetic items, and a princess ring because.. well she's my princess. Cheesy I know I know but that's my specialty.
I text her to let her know I'm on my way:
