I woke up and checked my phone to a surprising message.. Ranger Rick?
The text said : Hey city kid.. I noticed that you've seemed kind of.. lonely? And I thought I would take you out and have some fun. If you want to hangout.. anytime, day or night.. just call..
I was a little worried at first but then I got.. happy.. and excited..
Woah.. Me? Maya Hart? Happy about LUCAS? Weird..
So I kind of tried to play it cool and not seem so.. interested.. in his offer but I have him a call..
(Lucas POV)
I was still asleep when I heard my phone ringing. I looked at the Caller ID and quickly answered, kind of nervous..
I said "Hello?"
"Hey Cowboyyy. So you think Im lonely do ya?"
I was kind of worried thinking that I offended here so i began apologizing.
"Maya Im sorry I just saw you by yourself the last few days and i just.. i thought-" but then she interrupted.
"Woahhh calm down" she chuckled "i was only playin' with you.."
I was so.. confused.. "Well now I feel stupid" i tried to laugh it off but I was really truly embarrassed.
"Hopalong Ill go with you, meet me at the bakery in 2 hours, and by the way.. your a lot of things.. but you were never stupid.."
she quickly hung up and i couldn't help but smile.. i was going on a date with Maya Hart.. but then i realized.. i never told her it was.. that it was.. A date..
Maya POV
WAIT.. did I just.. Did I compliment.. Ranger Rick? Sundance? The Moral Compass?
Somethings wrong.. Im feeling.. feelings.. and i don't like it.. I need to go see Riley.
