One

Ariana's POV

"I'm thinking the blue one" my best friend, Evie, help up a blue floral dress and a simple white dress. "You don't think it's too summery?" Evie questioned placing the blue dress up to herself in the full length mirror. "Not at all and besides what does it matter we live in Florida, it's always sunny" I laughed taking the white dress and hanging it back up. I guess you're right" Evie walked into the bathroom to put on the dress and shoes I suggested.

I decided on something simple, a white tank top, baby blue jean shorts and my white converse, putting my hair in it's normal half up half down style I look at my appearance in the mirror before agreeing with myself. "Ugh talk about buzzkill" I heard Evie groan playfully, noticing the simplicity of my outfit. I responded with a light giggle "Come one we don't wanna be late for the first day of senior year" I mock how excited she was for today. Rolling her eyes she gently nudged me before walking out of my bedroom, me following behind.

"I understand, Mr McCann" I walk into the kitchen seeing my mom and dad sitting in the living room. "Morning mom, morning dad" my dad simply waved as he was on the phone. "Morning sweetie, ready for school" sighing I nodded "Oh come on Ari be more enthusiastic" Evie exclaimed making me and my mom laugh. "Bye mom" me and Evie walked outside to see my boyfriend Liam pulling up in his car "Hey babe" I jogged over to him kissing his awaiting lips.

"Morning babe" He mumbled into the kiss snaking his arms around my waist "Seriously guys, already?" We pulled away looking over at Evie with her hand on her hip, rolling her eyes playfully. I blushed into Liam's chest making him and Evie laugh.

"How was your summer Eve?" Liam asked as we walked into the school building. Evie told us about some guy called Caleb she hooked up with a "summer love" if you will. "Anyways I'll see you guys later, I peck Liam's lips and gave Evie a hug and walked off to class.

Jason's POV

"Are we at an understanding Mr Grande?" Edward Grande owed me over $10,000, I guess you could say he was in debt with me. "You're money will be with you by the end of the week sir" Edward stated "You're lucky I'm giving you an extension" and with that I hung up. How fucking hard is it to pay back money when I ask to? Groaning I stuffed my phone back into my pocket parking my car on a nearby street waiting to meet with a client.

"Liam I don't know about this" I heard a female voice, I looked over and saw a young boy and girl walking out of a high school, Cypress Bay High School to be exact.

She was the most beautiful girl I've ever laid my eyes upon. "Come on Ariana it's only skipping class, it's not big deal" the boy rolled his eyes. Ariana.

"You know I've never skipped before and it's the first day" Ariana fiddled with her hands and Liam, I guess that's his name, placed his hands in hers. "Jason?" I look over to see Nick, my client standing at my car window. Growing mildly irritated "Excuse me?" I spat.

"S-sorry Mr McCann" he looked down in shame, fool. "You got the package?" I question pulling out an envelope, containing money. I looked back at Liam and Ariana, to see them making out against a tree, for some reason that angered me making want to rip that Liam kids' head off. "Sir?" I look over to see Nick holding a brown parcel in his hand "Hm" I mumble taking the parcel from him, giving him the cash.

Ariana's POV

Liam decided me and him should skip class and to be honest I don't like the idea "Come on Ariana lighten up it's only a couple hours" He hugged me from behind, I just nodded not bothered to get into an argument. "Who's that?" I heard Liam ask, looking at him I notice he was staring at a black Range Rover that was parked on the opposite side of the street, I've been seeing that exact car ever since me and Liam left school. "I dunno" I mumbled, the car suddenly sped down the road, slightly confused me and Liam walked on.

It was 3:47pm and me and Liam were at his house watching tv, I think his parents are at work so we had a free house. "Now was hat so bad babe?" Nick smirked "I guess not but I don't want to this anyone time soon Liam" I groaned. "Fineeee" He exhaled dramatically. "I have to go now anyway but I'll see you at Lewis' party later" kissing Liam's cheek I grabbed my bag and left.

I felt my phone buzz in my pocket 'Evie' swiping the screen I answered the call. "Hey Evie".

"Ariana where the fuck were you today?! I thought you got kidnapped or something" Evie shouted into the phone "Calm down Evie I was skipping with Liam, I wasn't and am not gunna get kidnapped."

"Hold on, did the Ariana Grande skip school?" She asked in disbelief "Yeah I can't believe it either I didn't really want to but you know how stubborn Liam is" I explained inserting the key into my front door, walking in.
