Chapter 26 • Fun

"What's that?" They all asked.

"Never mind, let's just go." I turned to go to their cars. I remembered that I didn't close the garage so impressed a button and the garage door. automatically closed itself.

"So Koala, who you gonna go with?" Alex asked.

"I don't know." I shrugged.

"Rock paper scissors it is then." Jaden thrusted his finger to the air.

Imagine if robots really came to life to attack us. Why would they want to bite the hands that gave them motor oil? If they were really smart, they wouldn't kill us, no, they would rather just make us their slaves. They would make us do simple things like change their oil and fix their parts. But hey, who knows what those cheeky little ma-

"Koala, let's go." Alex pulled me out of my reverie.

"Huh? Oh okay." I jolted. "Which one?" I referred to the cars.

"The Porsche." He pointed at a sleek Porsche.

"Ooh, me likie." I smiled at it.

"You really do have a thing for cars, don't cha?" Dylan chuckled.

"A widdle." I used a baby voice.

I went over to Alex's car and I opened the door. There was a box on the seat so I just picked it picked up, sat down and placed it on my lap. They were talking for a bit, but Alex soon came into the car.

"Are you fine with all of that? Here let me just take them." He stretched to take the stuff.

"No I'm cool with it." I slapped his hands away.

"You sure?"

"Yep." I nodded. I fastened my seatbelt and Alex started the car. "Ooh, can I marry you?" I said to the car.

"I know I'm gorgeous, but we haven't really gone out on a first date hun." Alex smirked and winked.

"In your dreams honeybobofunbunpants." I scoffed.

"That's what you think."

"No sugar, it's what I know. Anyway, where are we going?"

"To a party."

"No you piece of fried rice, I mean where's the area."

"You'll see." He smirked.

"Just shut up and drive." I playfully scowled.

"Fiesty."

"More like tired."

"Why?"

"No thank you."

"What?"

"You're welcome."

"You make no sense."

"That's why I make dollars instead."

Alex's laughter vibrated throughout the whole car. He then shook his head and kept his eyes o the road.

"That's what I thought."

"You're wierd, you know that?"

"And strawberries aren't berries, who knew?"

"The scientists duh." He smiled at me. "What happened yesterday? You know with the sudden disappearance."

"I had an emergency."

"What kind?"

"The one that's none of your business." In a few minutes, Alex pulled up at a gas station. He said something about going to get some snacks and that he'll be back.

My little bored self started fiddling with the box that was in my hands. It looked like a box that comes from a bakery if you ask me.

Open it.

I listened to myself and I opened it. There were muffins and brownies. The odd thing is that there was an indicator that the muffins were space muffins and the brownies were alcohol brownies. There were also a few space cookies in the corner.

Eat them...

What?! No!

Come on, its been a long time.

But they aren't mine.

Come on, it'll be fun.

Oh, I dont know...

Just do it..

But--

The next thing I know, I'm stuffing my face with any and everything my hands could grab. And let me say, they tasted really good. In a few moments I started feeling funny and for some 'odd reason', I started giggling. Alex came back with a shocked expression on his face and his mouth gaping wide open like a fish.

"Shit, shit, shit, shit, shit! What the fucking shit did you just do?!" He shouted.

I laughed. "You're funny."

This is going to be fun...
