what a guy

i guess ill tell ya more about the both of em

abaddon is uh

interesting

he can be summoned but

only once

and he wont leave until you die 

in jozlyns case, she summoned him with her defaced book of shadows 

she thought it was some kind of luck spirit

but nah

just a load of shit

the blood mentioned in this comic has to do with the sacrifices he asks for 

cuz hes a beggar 

he is tangible but

not all the time 

if he wants to avoid someone he just kinda

disappears 

but jozlyn can always see him 

btw the reason he only has one horn is because another being has it

her name is aine 

but jozlyn never meets her or anything so shes irrelevant for this 

jozlyn is very panicked 

whenever she sees something that reminds her of a thing she doesnt like, she flips out 

after being exiled from her original village she kinda hates everyone and everything relating to it 

in fact she was only exiled because they found her book

she just happened to find it one day but

she left it at the shrine 

and when she saw the mob approaching, wanting to burn her 

she ran into the nearby woods

and she kept running until she couldnt anymore

she took over an abandoned shack and stayed there 

whenever she has to go to the market(rarely) barely anyone recognizes her 

which is good

the day she summoned abaddon was a very stressful day 

she had just gotten back from the marketplace emptyhanded 

she saw someone and thought they were someone else 

im not gonna go into detail rn

but she ended up dropping everything and running 

abaddon thinks her panic attacks are kinda funny but

its not like he openly ridicules her

he just doesnt take it seriously 

the nicest thing hes ever done for her was let her wandering spirit stick around for a few extra days 

she died from disease at a young age after eating a human 

she didnt know 

not until she saw the body 

abaddon had to show her 

it was a hot summer

she looked horrible 

but after her spirit fell apart and collapsed abaddon was free 

so thats nice
