Dear meanie,
I don't know your name yet so I am just going to call you meanie. I am Jung Hoseok, your neighbour. At night I hear many noises, the sound of glasses shattering, someone screaming, crying. I complained it to the owner yesterday and he said that he did warn you but your reply was "eat ass". How mean! He is our house lord! You cannot say things like that to him! Anyway he then suggested me an idea, to write letters to you and tell you how much disturbed I feel. So this is me, Jung Hoseok, the going-to be dance teacher of Seoul dance institution, requesting you to keep it down a little at night. I need sleep, I am a human after all.
