Last night Obsidian had a nightmare that Mephiles came back for Baby Shadow. She was worried Baby Shadow would turn back into a teen. Obsidian knew she'd have to be strong and let him go. The next morning Obsidian woke up and went into the living room, looking for Shadow, only to find a black and red teen. It was Shadow Obsidian went to talk to Shadow. Obsidian: Shadow? Can I tell you something? Shadow: Yes. Obsidian: I never wanted to say this to anyone else... but I love you. *starts crying* Shadow: Wha-what's wrong sweetheart? Obsidian: I didn't want to tell you because I thought you wouldn't like me. Shadow: *hugs Obsidian* It's okay, sweetheart! I've always wanted to tell you the same thing! Obsidian: That's so sweet of you! *hugs Shadow back* Shadow: C'mon, sweetie. There's a discount for french toast at a resturant down the street. I'll take you out if you want. Obsidian: Sure, let's go!
And so the the couple happily walked to the resturant and loved happily ever after.
