A love story-Kirk Hammett

Today was the day Kirk is gonna leave on tour I thought in my head. It was 5:30 am Kirk was besides me holding me tight I don't think he slept either because he kept moving around. Then he said

"Beth you awake?" he said

"Yeah." I said

"I couldn't sleep at all."

"Neither did I." I said

"Beth I can't believe today is day." he said sadly

"Me either it went by so fast."

"I don't wanna leave you at all. I wish you can go with us." he saidagain

"Me to but hey we got to leave in an hour so lets get ready."

"Ok i'm gonna go take a shower."he said

"Ok i'm gonna start getting ready to."

I was was walking around the house looking for my black high heels. I wore a red long sleeve with blue jeans.

"Baby you almost ready to go?" he said

"Yeah." I said

"Ok can you help me with my guitar and amps?" he said

"Sure."

After we unloaded his guitars and amps we got into the car and drove to the studio. When we got to the studio we saw a huge tour bus that said METALLICA in huge letters. I got sad. We were early because the only ones there were Lars and James.

"Cliff is on his way." James said

"Where's our manager?" Lars said

"Its only 6:40 and you guys leave at 7:30am" I said

"Oh fok now we gotta wait longer." Lars said

Minutes passed then Cliff and the tour crew showed up it was 7:00 am.

"30 more minutes.." Lars said

"Yup" I said.

"SORRY I"M LATE!!!" Cliff shouted

"Bout time!" James said

Minutes passed it was 7:30...

"TIME TO GO!!" the manager shouted

I Kirk grabbed me and kissed me then hugged me.

"Beth I have something to tell you right before I leave!"

"Ok what is it??" I said eagerly

Guys he's gonna do it!!!" lars shouted. Then everyone was staring

Kirk got the small box out and got down on one knee and said with tears of joy.

"Beth Amanda Anderson " He said giggling

"Will you make me the happiest man on earth...??" he said on one knee with a beautiful diamond ring in the box. I started to cry

"Will you marry me?" he said

Before I can say anything I jumped into his arms an kissed him and hugged him tightly.

"Yes I will marry you." I whispered in his ear

"SHE SAID YES!!!" Kirk said with happiness in his voice

The guys ran over to him and tackled him. Then they came and gave me hugs

"I love you baby be safe ok and think of me." he said as he was putting the ring on my finger

"I promise I love you..." I said crying

Me, Kirk, Lars, James, and Cliff had a big group hug. As they stepped on the tour bus Kirk turned around and waved with tears in his eyes. "I love you he lipped. The tour bus door closed and began to drive off I waved off as the bus drove away. I got in the car and went home. On the car radio ride the lighting came on. When I got home I studied my ring.

"Wow were engaged now." I told myself

"Im engaged to Kirk!" I told myself

Suddenly the phone rang it was Deena.

"Hey Beth how are you?" she said

"Deena Kirk proposed" I said

"AHHHHHHHHHH I'M SO HAPPY!!!" she shouted

"Did you know he was gonna propose?!!"I said

"Yes it was planned he called us all up saying he was gonna do it before he left on tour he seemed really excited." she said happily

"Oh my god. I said with a smile

"Beth I told you he was into you! Its honestly cute the way he lights up when he talks about you."

We talked for a good hour and then she had to go

"I have to go Beth Tom is calling or should I call you Mrs. Hammett." she said

"Fuuck You haha" I said laughing
