I imagine my days like the ocean. Calm with the waves crashing at the feet of a cliff, and the wind blowing strong and free.

I spend most of my time in my art studio. Creating life from clay, shapes from lines and more. The building that I rented the studio in was filled with famous people. A huge record producer owns the building, and their company mostly uses this building for music videos and studio recordings. There are also dance studios in the building too. When I was walking down the street, I saw a flyer looking for a tenant, said that it was a big empty space fit for artists. I took the chance. There was a catch though, the company wanted me to help them create settings for the music videos and they would make the rent cheaper, of course they had to interview the tenants. I thought it was weird that they held interviews for tenant candidates, but after hearing their reason I understood. A setting of a video makes the viewers more immersed.

"Tom!" My friend Fey waves at me from a far. She and I have been friends since middle school, we both had the same dreams which was to make a mark in the art industry. We have a lunch date today, there was news she wanted to tell.

"What did you say?" I set my glass of iced tea down too shocked to continue drinking,"It's been a while though.. live drawing? You know I focus more on actually making things rather than sketching."

"Oh please! I need someone to come with me. I heard the person teaching is a very talented man. Xavier Christopher..."
"Xavier Christopher Williams?" I finished her sentence, suddenly my heartbeat rise. She smirks, "So you have heard of him..."

"Count me in, but only if you are paying for the sessions Fey." She agreed happily. Fey's reasons to go weren't very noble though. There was a woman she's currently trying to ask out.

I didn't realise that the class took place in the building next to my apartment. Setting down my equipment, I looked around for Fey. My phone buzzed at that moment.

From: Fey Hayward
Title: Bad news...
Body: Hey Tom,
I can't come to the classes anymore. I heard that Alissa missed the sign up for the class. I gave my tickets for the sessions to a friend from work.

Sorry! I will buy dinner next time!

Ttyl,
Fey.

My eyebrows furrowed with annoyance. Is she for real? I can't believe this. Whatever. She's paid for the classes, I might as well go.

I wonder who she gave the sessions to. Ten minutes later few people came in and slowly the class was full.

Everyone started to clap. I looked up and the air went out from my lungs. Soft brown eyes, milky white skin, pink flushed cheeks, long neck, tousled hair, tall, styled in up to date fashion, broad shoulders and-

"Thank you for your enthusiasm everyone. My name is Xavier Christopher Williams, and this is my assistant Daniel Fraser. He will be our model for first three sessions."

Daniel Fraser. I think I am in love. My eyes couldn't stop staring at him. The whole time looking at his broad shoulders, his milky white skin. My heart palpitated rapidly in an attempt to burst from my chest and into his embrace. Drawing him was difficult, not because I was rusty. It was because..

"Hey, you." My whole world spun and my eyes no longer fixated on Daniel and suddenly face to face with Xavier Christopher Williams. I was afraid and embarrassed that he had noticed that I was staring. He looked at my paper, and sighed.

"You know you have talent, I can tell. I also need you to focus, and if you are stuck tell me." He raised his hand and stroked my face ever so softly. His action made me blush even more. He clears his throat and spins me back in place. Daniel was looking my way, or so I thought. His eyes followed Xavier Christopher Williams.

"Excuse me," Daniel says to the class,"Thank you for having me today." Then he made his way out the door. I wanted to quickly pack and follow him, but I didn't. Or more so that I couldn't. Right when I was about to leave Xavier Christopher Williams stood in my way.

"What's your name?" He asks, I could feel my cheeks blush. I didn't know what to say, I tried to get away by going under his arm, but I was stopped and pushed back further than to where I stood before. It was a strong push, so strong that I lost my balance and fell. My backpack flew out of my grasp too. Xavier Christopher Williams closed the door, and locked it. My heart palpitated rapidly, but it wasn't the same as before. My backpack was out of reach. My back was backed on the desk where Daniel was posing. I was scared. Slowly taking off his jacket, and dropping it on the floor. Slowly coming towards me and coming to a stop at my feet. Running his fingers through his short, thick, wavy black hair. His eyes softer than before. He extends his hand in an effort to help me up.

"Come on. I just wanted to talk. I am not going to hurt you." I was hesitant, but I took his hand. I regretted choice immediately when I was then sat down on the desk.

"Stay." His voice demanded. It was said in a low growl, his voice was animalistic, it was horrifying. I couldn't bare to move a muscle. He took out a sketch book and a pencil and started drawing.

"Did you know that I have an eye for unpolished gems?" He said looking at his paper. I didn't know what to make of what he had said. All I could think of was how scary this man was. I had adored his work, and had always liked it when he made appearances at a show. He had always looked like a calm, and light person. He would smile and joke about in the interviews; He gave off such a nice feeling. Seeing him this way was terrifying. He was drawing me. His eyes moved back and forth between the paper and myself.

"Your name." His hand stopped moving and his eyes were dead set on me. I stuttered.

"Thomas." It was a struggle but I said it. He showed me his drawing.

"Let me draw you in the next session."
