Before Mommy Came

[AVIE'S POV]

"I hate you daddy! I hate you! I hate yoooouuu!!!!" I shrieked and slammed the door.

Hmpf! Aalis nanaman si daddy iiwan nanaman niya ako. Doon nalang siya lagi sa work niya!

"Avie open the door." I can hear daddy knock but I just ignored him. He deserves it. Hindi naman niya ako love eh.

Si mommy lang nagmamahal sakin. Si mommy lang naman ang kakampi ko.

Si mommy lang, but now she's gone. She left us and came to 'heaven'.

Inaway siya si daddy kaya siya umalis.

Kasalanan ni daddy!

Lahat kasalanan ni daddy!!! I hate this place! I hate everyone! I tossed my toys sa rack. I hate him! I hate him! I hate hiiiiiim!!!

We came here kasi sabi ni daddy mas maganda daw dito. Pero I hate it here! It's hot and everyone here sees me like a toy!

Palagi nalang akong niyayakap ng mga tao at hinahalik halikan na para akong toy!

I looked at the door when it opened.

"Avie baby, daddy has to go kasi maraming aayusin si daddy sa office." Daddy carried me. I just ignored him. "Baby behave ah? Anjan si yaya to give you whatever you need just ask her nicely" daddy knows hindi ko naman siya papansinin kaya he just placed me on my bed and left.

Ganito naman kami lagi. Magisa lang ako sa bahay.

Wala na yung isa kong yaya. Nagquit siya dahil I bit her, ang kulit kulit naman kasi. I don't like it when she tells me what to do.

I grabbed the remote and turned the tv on. I'm hungry, ang tagal naman nilang tawagin ako. Hmf!

"Baby? Halika na kakain ka na" Pumasok si yaya sa room ko. I just call them all yaya dahil I won't remember their names naman. They'll quit soon. I stood up at sumunod sa kanya.

I don't talk to the staff. They even think there's something wrong with me kaya hindi ako makapag-talk.

I just nod and point when I want something. i cry and shriek if I don't.

Binabayaran naman sila ni daddy to take care of me kaya I can do whatever I want.

Binuhat ako ni yaya para umupo sa table sa pool side. I just looked at them. Wala pa kasi yung ulam ko.

Iba ang food dito sa Philippines. I'm starting to like the food here.

But...

Yaya brought the plate for my viand.

Fried fish......

I don't like fried fish.

How could they not know?

I always ask them to leave kapag kakain ako, may maliit naman akong bell if I need something.

Idea yun ni daddy na maliit akong bell, he knows I don't like talking to the staff kaya ayun yung solution niya.

"Sabi nang ayaw ko ng fish eh!" I got off the chair and took the plate of fish with me.

Ayaw ko ng fish kaya ang dapat sa fish nag-sswim lang sa water.

I came near the pool at hinulog yung fish dun.

"Bye bye Mr. fish!" I smiled. Happy na siguro yung fish dahil kahit dead na siya nasa water naman siya.

"Avie!!! Baby nakooo!" tumakbo si yaya pa-lapit sakin. She moved me away from the pool and she jumped in the pool to save Mr. Fish.

Wow! Ang galing pala ni yaya. Hahahahaha

And she saved Mr. Fish.

"Ikaw na bata ka malalaman talaga 'to ng daddy mo!" nang gigigil si yata habang hila ako papasok sa bahay. Basang basa siya dahil nag-swim siya.

"Edi mag sumbong ka kay daddy! Gusto mo samahan pa kita?" nanlaki ang eyes ni yaya. She's scary pala.

"Wala kang galang na bata ka!" I started crying, I ran to my room.

This is all daddy's fault! Umalis si mommy dahil inaway niya!! BAD SHA! I HATE HIM!

My phone rang. I tossed the pillows away to get it. It's underneath my pillows kasi ayaw kong marinig yung ring lalo na kapag si daddy yung tumatawag.

Pero I need daddy now dahil inaaway ako ni yaya.

"Hello daddy? Daddy inaaway po ako ni yaya" I'm sobbing, baka kasi maisip ni daddy na umuwi nalang.

"Baby naman, mahirap mag-hanap ng yaya if you keep on scaring them away."

"Daddy it wasn't my fault! She shouted at me pa nga po eh" He has to believe me.

"Baby sige, I called one of your yayas to come accompany you, saka kasama yung driver, susunod ka sakin dito sa Bicol"

"Sige po daddy!" I jumped on the bed. Pumasok na kasi yung isang yaya to prepare my things kasi susunod ako kay daddy.

Yey!

Mabilis kumilos si yaya number 2. I don't know her name pero mejo matagal na siya. Siya yung sasama sakin papunta kay daddy.

I feel dizzy.

We're in the car na. Gusto kong pumunta kay daddy....

"Avie! Avie!" tinapik tapik ako ni yaya.

I wanted to wake up and tell her to stop dahil I don't like it when they touch me.

Pero it feels like my body's slowly letting go.
