First of all, don't freak out. This happens all the time and there is no need to flip out.
Next, make sure nobody sees you because they will most likely tell on you and nobody wants to explain to the principal what having a friend means. (Because they obviously don't know.)
Drag him to a nearby closet/empty classroom or hide the body in the secret passage that only opens if you tap the right bricks or open it from the inside.
When you have done this proceed to spill a cartload of tiny legos out along the path that he will have to take to get out of there.
Get the hell out of there and deny everything.
Tell your best friend so that she feels better and turn on an awesome movie with The Rock in it to help her get over him.
