Get to know your opponent for your prince's hand. Learn as much possible about them, to better understand them. Or even beg them give up on him.
Find out why your opponent loves the prince or why they may think themselves the better choice for him.
"Know thyself"
Having heard their opinion, write to your prince about yourself. Why you're the better choice or at least what makes you as good a choice as her. Show your pros and cons ultimately writing a final love letter to the prince.
