Ten were the days
Ten were the nights
It may be long ago
But I still remember those fightsOne summer after school
In that magical land
We met by an accident
But soon became friendsThen came the laughs
Then came the fights
On The bank of that river
Under the moon lightTen days it were
But it felt like an year
It was the first time my friend
I had lived without fearBut even then I knew
That it all had to end
Coz life's no fairy tale
There's no magical landI saw you leave the village
I even ran behind
But to close your windows shut
Your car was very kindThat's the last I saw you
Ten long years ago
The memories of those ten days
Nothing can make them goNo, no, nothing can make them go...
For every summer to come
I'd wait without fail
On The banks of that river
Wagging my tiny tailBarking under that moonlight
And wagging this tiny tailWagging this tiny tail...
